Reira would have loved to kick her boyfriend’s ass for waking her up so early in the morning but in hearing what he said then immediately she had gotten herself dressed in the knick of time before ♦teleporting herself off to the forest.♦

Apparently he had gotten a call from Breanna that a fire had started in the forest and that was really all she needed to know right now. Of course before disappearing she had told Aidan to contact Bonnie to let her know what was happening. She’d have rather not wanted to bother Bonnie what with her now being pregnant but her friend was the High Priestess after all and who knew if she’d need the help. And as much as she’d love to teleport someone along with her then it wouldn’t be wise going in nauseas.

Upon landing her eye widened in shock at the scene before her. Immediately though she started to get hot and uncomfortable from temperature eminating from the fire but that was being pushing back into her mind. She definitely was going to need help but for now she was going to try to get rid of the fiery mess as much as she could. It took time but she ♦ generated a large spread mist surrounding her making it as dense as she could. When she felt it was enough along with conjuring balls of water that circled around her ♦ then she started to move into the forest and dissipate whatever she could. She at least had to make sure the part of the forest where the cottages were was unharmed. But the thought of what started the fire never left her mind.

With how massive the fire was and the amount of water she had to keep generating, Reira was starting to get frustrated from using her water element but still she pressed on. Heading down towards the cottages, she immediately stopped in her tracks at the sight of a red headed woman. Behind her was a cottage that was by the second succumbing to the fires that engulfed it. From what she could sense this was a witch…. And by the look on her face… the madness that emitted from it and that taunting way her lips were curved… well it would make sense to assume she was a dark witch. The Twilight witch could only stare back at her with a playful glare as if to counteract the insanity.

Finding conversation to be meaningless at the moment, ♦ she without warning threw the woman a good distance away from the cottage ♦ before rushing hastily off towards the burning house and ♦ using whatever water balls she had left to douse it.♦ After the fire was gone she made to kick down the door to check if anyone was inside… or at least that’s what she was intending on doing as she was stopped before she could even set foot inside.

Reira let out a surprised gasp as she was suddenly pulled back into the air. She roughly landed onto her back, feeling it hurt more than it really should have but the way the woman had thrown her told her she had the aid of an ability. This was someone she couldn’t underestimate although she’d like to think this woman should view the same on her as well. She doubted it. Making to get up she was now clearly witnessing another special trick of the red head. "Hnn… Another one of you ‘illusionists’ I see. Now this is going to be fun." She smirked back from her place on the ground and in seeing the ‘women’ close in on her she waited for the right moment before ♦ disappearing and landing some feet away from the circle. ♦ "And if you’re with that damn Rose Alliance well then expect a massive pummeling from yours truly." The witch devilishly smiled as she gestured her hand punching into the palm of her other. Oh this fight was so on.

Although she did keep in mind that the forest was still very much burning down by the minute. She couldn’t exactly take this woman and the fire down at the same time. Tightly grabbing hold of her necklace and typically calling out to Bonnie through her mind she just hoped that would get her friend here quicker to at least be the one to take care of the fire otherwise get some help from another as well. Once she did that she brought her attention back to her opponent. ♦ Conjuring up sharp metal discs, she frisbeed them towards the illusion copies of the woman with the intention on dispersing those while she dashed head on at the original form of the red head sending a harsh gust of sharp air her way. ♦ "You better have the most badass reason for waking me up this early in the morning to kick your ass." She growled obviously showing that she was definitely not pleased that this fight was taking place not even when the sun was up yet.

"Well good for you. Too bad I’m still gonna whoop your ass into next week." Reira playfully remarked just as she was pinned to the ground. A glint of mischief shined in her lone amber eye as she stared back up at the other witch. She didn’t flinch in the slightest when her arms were bound to the ground by roots. Nothing too difficult to escape from. "Gosh I dunno…. Well first I’ll do this." She said as she ♦ blew wind at the red head to push her off. In sync a large tree root shot up from the ground below the woman and curled around her form before constricting to keep the witch in place. ♦ Reira doubted that would last long but it as well gave her some time to come up with her next move. "And for my next move…" She smirked as she ♦ vanished from the root bonds only to appear in front of the insane red head. ♦ The roots had gripped around her arms a bit too tight for comfort to which she massaged them a bit as she glared at the woman. She would bet she’d have some bruises around there later.

Bringing her hands up, with one she used to continue ♦ constricting the root around the woman ♦ while the other was held up in a choking form to ♦ strangle the red head’s neck although to a certain point so that her vocals weren’t going to be cut off. ♦ She wanted answers after all and she didn’t exactly want to kill off the woman… Unless she was forced to. "Reira Twilight by the way. Remember that name cause she’s the one that’s going to bring you down." She smiled mischievously tilting her head a bit. "I would love to know your name… Although calling you ‘Red’ would be more than enough."

Familiar? Well that really wasn’t surprising to say the least. For some reason all the bad guys knew of her family so it didn’t come across anything suspicious. "Yeah, Twilight. Ya know the time between dawn and sunrise. Or sunset and dusk?" She said with a mischievous smile obviously knowing that wasn’t exactly what she meant. Hearing the name ‘Cyclops’ made her laugh. "Actually that’s quite flattering… I like that.. Cyclops." Although before she could say or do anything else then she was knocked away. She growled subtly as she landed on the ground with ease as she used the wind to break her fall before turning her attention back to Shayla.

In hearing her comment she couldn’t help but bring her focus up towards the sky. Her sights were focused on the full moon hanging in the sky although with it being almost sunrise then it was gradually on it’s way to making room for the morning sun that was to come soon. It was only for a brief moment though as she was dodging the fireballs coming her way either by dodging or ♦vanishing on the spot♦ although she would counter the attacks as well by ♦ throwing them back towards Shayla. ♦ "“I’d think you’re getting a bit too much moonlight, Red. Full moons make some peeps crazy ya know. No wonder you’re bat shit mad." She smirked of course having no idea whatsoever that it was indeed the full moon causing Shayla’s craziness.

When the red headed witch conjured a whip of fire, Reira laughed. "Two can play at that game." She grinned widely as she held out her hand to ♦ generate her own whip except with water and she was quick to crack it ♦ at Shayla or rather her fire whip to counter the attacks. Booming noises were made whenever the elemental whips hit the other. And if that wasn’t enough the Twilight witch ♦ apparated a fog of mist to engulf the area the witches were battling out. ♦ More so to give her the advantage over Shayla.

Reira could only stare up with a glare to Shayla as she seemed a bit occupied up the trees. She caught the wind as well though and had a pretty good feeling she knew who it was. Looking out beyond the area of the forest they were in, the witch could still see the fire rampaging throughout vast area. As much as she’d love to continue this fight then she couldn’t dilly dally any longer. The more she spent fighting Shayla… clearly an equal in battle… then the less time she had to keep the fire from getting to the homes in the forest.

Without a word she ♦ vanished from her spot only to appear far off from the clearing that she was fighting the other witch. ♦ And with that she made to speed off into a run towards the cottages, ♦ dousing out any fires she could along the way. ♦ She wouldn’t be surprised if that woman made to stop her but she simply kept that a thought in mind.

Reira was so tired… Her mind and body practically screaming for her to take a break but she knew she couldn’t do that. In all her life she probably never had demonstrated her abilities as much as she did right now. And to top it all of she was already quite sluggish from this situation being in the morning hours. Nonetheless all she could think about is getting that fire under control all the while damning ‘Red’ for starting this whole thing in the first place. After she got back home she figured she’d get a well deserved sleep… A week or two seemed like heaven already.

In reaching the cottage area, she was relieved to see that the fire hadn’t come across these parts… yet… Turning away from the homes to face the forest it looked like she didn’t have much time before the blazing embers would arrive…. She had to think of something…. And fast…. Letting her amber eye scour about, they fell upon the direction of a nearby cliff side… Perfect… she needed the elevation so she could view the whole of the forest. So without haste, ♦ she teleported herself up there. ♦ Taking note that just about more than half of the forest was up in flames made her slightly growl. Desperation was haning around her like a cloud and yet there was also the air of confidence… She can do this… Sure she was no High Priestess but she could be epic as well. It was like this was her moment to shine.

Taking a deep breath and then slowly exhaling that out, she closed her eye and began to clear her mind… put herself into concentration. What she was going to do was big… Probably unlike anything she’s done before… After nodding her head as if to give her some motivation ♦ she held out her hands and began focusing on generating a seriously enormous amount of water over the area letting it hang like a sheet over the entirety of the forest. ♦ This was taking time and she knew that but if she wanted to do this all in one take then she had to keep focus although remembering that the forest didn’t exactly have all the time in the world. If there was any fires left though she supposed she could use the lake water but that was something she’d take care of later if so. Opening her eye and feeling that she had expanded the huge water sheet enough to cover the area, Reira took one last look at the fire before ♦ letting her hands fall down along with the water.♦

The witch immediately fell down to her knees in doing so, her pants rough and breaths taking the extra air in. God, sleep was very tempting right now. Struggling to even look up, she soon relaxed somewhat as she eyed the no longer burning forest. More like drenched although a good amount of the trees were still scorched… She figured they could restore them but that was a deed for later. But wow… She had actually accomplished something for once… It was really surprising…. But before dwelling more on what she had done then she felt like there was something calling out to her. Towards the center of the forest… It practically hurt to even stand but she did so glimpsing in the direction she could feel that unseen pressure. Making herself ♦ disappear and appear to her intended destination ♦, she was a little surprised to see Bonnie…. She seemed different though… Did the Energies overtake her? Wait… "Bonnie?" She said almost curiously although suddenly feeling an overwhelming amount of pain and exhaustion she dropped to her knees once again. Trying to catch her breath she looked back to Bonnie wondering what was going to happen next.

Reira tensed a little in seeing the white in Bonnie’s eyes. Her voice was much different as well which clearly gave away that it must have been the Energies speaking. A careful amber eye observed her friend’s approach not once taking her struggling orb elsewhere. She wasn’t expecting anything to happen from Bonnie’s touch but in feeling the rush of energy breathe into her, the witch couldn’t help but gasp in surprise and amazement. Any exhaustion or pain she had been feeling just a second ago had disappeared in the blink of an eye. Listening to the words that the Energies spoke through Bonnie, she raised an eyebrow slightly in hearing ‘Red’ being indirectly spoken about. She wasn’t sure what they meant by ‘unfortunate’ and it would definitely be difficult to ‘keep an open mind’. Reira supposed she would just have to see about that… Further into the Energies’ speech it confirmed her earlier suspicions as to what this was… The test she had been anticipating… The chance to prove her capabilities in being a Priestess… and apparently she had passed. Then came the question…. Did she want this or not? She didn’t answer right away but remain deep in thought. This role after all was important… It required much responsibility… But in the end hadn’t she already decided?

Rising to her feet, looking to Bonnie and staring directly into her eyes, she gestured a confident nod. "I do want this… It would be my pleasure and honor to serve you… And to assist the High Priestess in her duties." She spoke in a firm voice as she bowed her head and placed a hand over her heart. There was her answer…. No turning back now.

This was an exciting moment she’ll admit but with what the Energies told her then she was a bit worried for Bonnie now. Trials in the upcoming time? Well for sure even if she hadn’t heard the warning then she would still go out of her way for her friend. Reira wasn’t sure if it was such a good idea to be forewarned but there really wasn’t anything she could do about it but be mindful. Now would be the time she helped out Bonnie and the Le Roux family. The hug she received from Bonnie was odd she had to say. Physically it was her friend but behind it was the Energies doing the deed but before thinking anything else on the matter then the pair was engulfed in white light. It was rather warm… refreshing even… and when it ended with Bonnie pulling back, Reira simply smiled and mimicked the gesture back. "Thank you… I’ll do as you ask." She said just as it seemed as her friend had returned. "Yeah they did." She nodded with a slight smile and trying hard not to think about that warning. It was a good thing humans couldn’t have abilities like telepathy or empathy especially now…. "Don’t worry. They were just explaining some stuff to me… Liiiike how I’m now a Priestess." Reira grinned proudly.

Reira returned the hug generously. It wasn’t that long ago that she was practically on the verge of death from all that exhaustion but now she was full of energy and felt like she could pretty much take on the world. "Well now that I’m officially your Priestess, you can step down whenever need be. I am at your service." She winked to her friend with a slight bow as she then made to stretch a little. "Hn… Wonder where Red…eh I mean Shayla went. That’s our sneaky arsonist who set the forest on fire in the first place. The Energies said that she wasn’t evil…. Simply ‘unfortunate’ although I can’t understand how that is." She mused a little as she let her eye wander about the area as if she could find the woman. A slight frown also creased her lips though at the sight of the scorched trees. Sure she took out the fire but that didn’t prevent the damage.
