ΟThe wild red hair had a strange glow in the moon light. The woman looked up at the silver orb on the clear sky, and it looked like her eyes were small replica of the full moon on the sky. The woman looked towards the trees, a dark smirk crept over her lips. Now this was a complete new to her, she had never tried and used fire to kill before, but one time should be the first. Her gaze stayed on one particular tree and it wasn't long before smoke started to steam up from it, the leaves started to wrinkle and fall as ash and the next thing flames shot up from the tree. She made a slight hand movement and the fire jumped to the next tree and the next and the next.

The woman moved closer to the flames, and as she walked in between the burning trees it looked like her own hair was on fire, which it wasn't of course, but the light from the flames really turned her own hair into a wild fire of it own. The further into the forest she went, the fire moved with her and it wasn't long before she laughed rather maniacally, dancing around between the burning trees.Ο

Reira would have loved to kick her boyfriend’s ass for waking her up so early in the morning but in hearing what he said then immediately she had gotten herself dressed in the knick of time before ♦teleporting herself off to the forest.♦

Apparently he had gotten a call from Breanna that a fire had started in the forest and that was really all she needed to know right now. Of course before disappearing she had told Aidan to contact Bonnie to let her know what was happening. She’d have rather not wanted to bother Bonnie what with her now being pregnant but her friend was the High Priestess after all and who knew if she’d need the help. And as much as she’d love to teleport someone along with her then it wouldn’t be wise going in nauseas.

Upon landing her eye widened in shock at the scene before her. Immediately though she started to get hot and uncomfortable from temperature eminating from the fire but that was being pushing back into her mind. She definitely was going to need help but for now she was going to try to get rid of the fiery mess as much as she could. It took time but she ♦ generated a large spread mist surrounding her making it as dense as she could. When she felt it was enough along with conjuring balls of water that circled around her ♦ then she started to move into the forest and dissipate whatever she could. She at least had to make sure the part of the forest where the cottages were was unharmed. But the thought of what started the fire never left her mind.

She noticed a small cottage, she didn't know if anyone lived in there, but a dark smirk spread over her features. She moved closer to it and ran her fingers over the door. ♦A flaming A appeared on the door and as she moved back, she made a hand gesture and it wasn't long before the entire cottage was on fire.♦

With how massive the fire was and the amount of water she had to keep generating, Reira was starting to get frustrated from using her water element but still she pressed on. Heading down towards the cottages, she immediately stopped in her tracks at the sight of a red headed woman. Behind her was a cottage that was by the second succumbing to the fires that engulfed it. From what she could sense this was a witch…. And by the look on her face… the madness that emitted from it and that taunting way her lips were curved… well it would make sense to assume she was a dark witch. The Twilight witch could only stare back at her with a playful glare as if to counteract the insanity.

Finding conversation to be meaningless at the moment, ♦ she without warning threw the woman a good distance away from the cottage ♦ before rushing hastily off towards the burning house and ♦ using whatever water balls she had left to douse it.♦ After the fire was gone she made to kick down the door to check if anyone was inside… or at least that’s what she was intending on doing as she was stopped before she could even set foot inside.

Reira let out a surprised gasp as she was suddenly pulled back into the air. She roughly landed onto her back, feeling it hurt more than it really should have but the way the woman had thrown her told her she had the aid of an ability. This was someone she couldn’t underestimate although she’d like to think this woman should view the same on her as well. She doubted it. Making to get up she was now clearly witnessing another special trick of the red head. "Hnn… Another one of you ‘illusionists’ I see. Now this is going to be fun." She smirked back from her place on the ground and in seeing the ‘women’ close in on her she waited for the right moment before ♦ disappearing and landing some feet away from the circle. ♦ "And if you’re with that damn Rose Alliance well then expect a massive pummeling from yours truly." The witch devilishly smiled as she gestured her hand punching into the palm of her other. Oh this fight was so on.

Although she did keep in mind that the forest was still very much burning down by the minute. She couldn’t exactly take this woman and the fire down at the same time. Tightly grabbing hold of her necklace and typically calling out to Bonnie through her mind she just hoped that would get her friend here quicker to at least be the one to take care of the fire otherwise get some help from another as well. Once she did that she brought her attention back to her opponent. ♦ Conjuring up sharp metal discs, she frisbeed them towards the illusion copies of the woman with the intention on dispersing those while she dashed head on at the original form of the red head sending a harsh gust of sharp air her way. ♦ "You better have the most badass reason for waking me up this early in the morning to kick your ass." She growled obviously showing that she was definitely not pleased that this fight was taking place not even when the sun was up yet.

"I don't answer to any organisation," she said and sent the one eyed witch a dark smirk. ♦Aine had the other witch pinned to the ground in the flash of an eye.♦ "What will you do now?" Aine asked, tilting her head and looked at the witch ♦as roots shot up from the ground and tied Reira's arms to the ground,♦ of course Aine knew that the other witch could undo it, but it would give Aine the chance to think of something new and even more amazing stunt. A glint of mischief shined in her lone amber eye as she stared back up at the other witch. She didn’t flinch in the slightest when her arms were bound to the ground by roots. Nothing too difficult to escape from. "Gosh I dunno…. Well first I’ll do this." She said as she ♦ blew wind at the red head to push her off. In sync a large tree root shot up from the ground below the woman and curled around her form before constricting to keep the witch in place. ♦ Reira doubted that would last long but it as well gave her some time to come up with her next move. "And for my next move…" She smirked as she ♦ vanished from the root bonds only to appear in front of the insane red head. ♦ The roots had gripped around her arms a bit too tight for comfort to which she massaged them a bit as she glared at the woman. She would bet she’d have some bruises around there later.

Bringing her hands up, with one she used to continue ♦ constricting the root around the woman ♦ while the other was held up in a choking form to ♦ strangle the red head’s neck although to a certain point so that her vocals weren’t going to be cut off. ♦ She wanted answers after all and she didn’t exactly want to kill off the woman… Unless she was forced to. "Reira Twilight by the way. Remember that name cause she’s the one that’s going to bring you down." She smiled mischievously tilting her head a bit. "I would love to know your name… Although calling you ‘Red’ would be more than enough."

"Hmmmm, why does the name Twilight sound familiar," the red head said and looked thoughtful for a second, but shook her head a little and turned her silver eyes back on the Cyclops. "I would have called you Cyclops.....But if we are exchanging names then you can call me Shayla," she said with a dark smirk. ♦With her strength she had pulled the root off her and hit Reira to the side,♦ like she would let that one eyed witch beat her down. "I like to come out on nights like these," she said and let out a crazy laugh. ♦A fireball appeared in her hand and she started to throw one after the other after the witch, but then she let a whip of fire appear in her other hand and moved it against Reira as well.♦Ο

Familiar? Well that really wasn’t surprising to say the least. For some reason all the bad guys knew of her family so it didn’t come across anything suspicious. "Yeah, Twilight. Ya know the time between dawn and sunrise. Or sunset and dusk?" She said with a mischievous smile obviously knowing that wasn’t exactly what she meant. Hearing the name ‘Cyclops’ made her laugh. "Actually that’s quite flattering… I like that.. Cyclops." Although before she could say or do anything else then she was knocked away. She growled subtly as she landed on the ground with ease as she used the wind to break her fall before turning her attention back to Shayla.

In hearing her comment she couldn’t help but bring her focus up towards the sky. Her sights were focused on the full moon hanging in the sky although with it being almost sunrise then it was gradually on it’s way to making room for the morning sun that was to come soon. It was only for a brief moment though as she was dodging the fireballs coming her way either by dodging or ♦vanishing on the spot♦ although she would counter the attacks as well by ♦ throwing them back towards Shayla. ♦ "“I’d think you’re getting a bit too much moonlight, Red. Full moons make some peeps crazy ya know. No wonder you’re bat shit mad." She smirked of course having no idea whatsoever that it was indeed the full moon causing Shayla’s craziness.

When the red headed witch conjured a whip of fire, Reira laughed. "Two can play at that game." She grinned widely as she held out her hand to ♦ generate her own whip except with water and she was quick to crack it ♦ at Shayla or rather her fire whip to counter the attacks. Booming noises were made whenever the elemental whips hit the other. And if that wasn’t enough the Twilight witch ♦ apparated a fog of mist to engulf the area the witches were battling out. ♦ More so to give her the advantage over Shayla.

ΟAine had a feeling that she would either have to finish the witch off or make a run for it. Her more sane side would never get the job done. Of course the fog didn't have much impact on Aine. ♦Clearing the fog so she could see what was going on.♦ One thing was for sure if it was, they could probably keep this up for a very long time, but as soon the moon was down Aine to return to her normal state, but hearing Reira, she couldn't help but laugh. If she only knew. ♦Jumping up on a branch of a tree that yet hadn't caught on fire.♦ She could take a slight view from above, but then a slight wind started to move over the area and she was pretty sure it wasn't the one eyed witch, cause the wind came from a completely direction. Was there someone else out here or had the wind just picked up.Ο

Reira could only stare up with a glare to Shayla as she seemed a bit occupied up the trees. She caught the wind as well though and had a pretty good feeling she knew who it was. Looking out beyond the area of the forest they were in, the witch could still see the fire rampaging throughout vast area. As much as she’d love to continue this fight then she couldn’t dilly dally any longer. The more she spent fighting Shayla… clearly an equal in battle… then the less time she had to keep the fire from getting to the homes in the forest.

Without a word she ♦ vanished from her spot only to appear far off from the clearing that she was fighting the other witch. ♦ And with that she made to speed off into a run towards the cottages, ♦ dousing out any fires she could along the way. ♦ She wouldn’t be surprised if that woman made to stop her but she simply kept that a thought in mind.

Because it was so early, she didn't want to bother her father to look after Jamie. Even though it was hard to convince AJ to stay back home, then eventually she managed to get out of the house. But arriving to the forest, she could see the smoke and flames, as she entered the forest it was like she was hesitating, but reaching the centre of the forest she came to a halt.

Reira was so tired… Her mind and body practically screaming for her to take a break but she knew she couldn’t do that. In all her life she probably never had demonstrated her abilities as much as she did right now. And to top it all of she was already quite sluggish from this situation being in the morning hours. Nonetheless all she could think about is getting that fire under control all the while damning ‘Red’ for starting this whole thing in the first place. After she got back home she figured she’d get a well deserved sleep… A week or two seemed like heaven already.

In reaching the cottage area, she was relieved to see that the fire hadn’t come across these parts… yet… Turning away from the homes to face the forest it looked like she didn’t have much time before the blazing embers would arrive…. She had to think of something…. And fast…. Letting her amber eye scour about, they fell upon the direction of a nearby cliff side… Perfect… she needed the elevation so she could view the whole of the forest. So without haste, ♦ she teleported herself up there. ♦ Taking note that just about more than half of the forest was up in flames made her slightly growl. Desperation was haning around her like a cloud and yet there was also the air of confidence… She can do this… Sure she was no High Priestess but she could be epic as well. It was like this was her moment to shine.

Taking a deep breath and then slowly exhaling that out, she closed her eye and began to clear her mind… put herself into concentration. What she was going to do was big… Probably unlike anything she’s done before… After nodding her head as if to give her some motivation ♦ she held out her hands and began focusing on generating a seriously enormous amount of water over the area letting it hang like a sheet over the entirety of the forest. ♦ This was taking time and she knew that but if she wanted to do this all in one take then she had to keep focus although remembering that the forest didn’t exactly have all the time in the world. If there was any fires left though she supposed she could use the lake water but that was something she’d take care of later if so. Opening her eye and feeling that she had expanded the huge water sheet enough to cover the area, Reira took one last look at the fire before ♦ letting her hands fall down along with the water.♦

The witch immediately fell down to her knees in doing so, her pants rough and breaths taking the extra air in. God, sleep was very tempting right now. Struggling to even look up, she soon relaxed somewhat as she eyed the no longer burning forest. More like drenched although a good amount of the trees were still scorched… She figured they could restore them but that was a deed for later. But wow… She had actually accomplished something for once… It was really surprising…. But before dwelling more on what she had done then she felt like there was something calling out to her. Towards the center of the forest… It practically hurt to even stand but she did so glimpsing in the direction she could feel that unseen pressure. Making herself ♦ disappear and appear to her intended destination ♦, she was a little surprised to see Bonnie…. She seemed different though… Did the Energies overtake her? Wait… "Bonnie?" She said almost curiously although suddenly feeling an overwhelming amount of pain and exhaustion she dropped to her knees once again. Trying to catch her breath she looked back to Bonnie wondering what was going to happen next.

€The moment Reira appeared in front of the High Priestess, there was no reaction right away, but suddenly the head perked up and the eyes opened, but this time only the white could be seen. "Reira Twilight.....You have done well," it came from the High Priestess although it wasn't her voice and there was a slight accent to it as well. The body moved closer to Reira and hoovered right in front of the kneeling Reira. Bonnie slightly touched Reira's head, the Energies let fresh energy brush through Reira and let her strength return. "You have met one of our unfortunate children, next time you see her, then keep your mind open for she is not evil, just very unfortunate," the Energies said. "Rise Reira Twilight, you passed your test, you've saved the poor people and animals in this forest. With your cleverness you managed to put out the fire," the Energies said. "It would be an honour to make you Priestess, but the question is do you truly want it, if not then now is the chance to say no," the Energies said. Bonnie's white eyes staring at her and a blank expression was on her face.€

Reira tensed a little in seeing the white in Bonnie’s eyes. Her voice was much different as well which clearly gave away that it must have been the Energies speaking. A careful amber eye observed her friend’s approach not once taking her struggling orb elsewhere. She wasn’t expecting anything to happen from Bonnie’s touch but in feeling the rush of energy breathe into her, the witch couldn’t help but gasp in surprise and amazement. Any exhaustion or pain she had been feeling just a second ago had disappeared in the blink of an eye. Listening to the words that the Energies spoke through Bonnie, she raised an eyebrow slightly in hearing ‘Red’ being indirectly spoken about. She wasn’t sure what they meant by ‘unfortunate’ and it would definitely be difficult to ‘keep an open mind’. Reira supposed she would just have to see about that… Further into the Energies’ speech it confirmed her earlier suspicions as to what this was… The test she had been anticipating… The chance to prove her capabilities in being a Priestess… and apparently she had passed. Then came the question…. Did she want this or not? She didn’t answer right away but remain deep in thought. This role after all was important… It required much responsibility… But in the end hadn’t she already decided?

Rising to her feet, looking to Bonnie and staring directly into her eyes, she gestured a confident nod. "I do want this… It would be my pleasure and honor to serve you… And to assist the High Priestess in her duties." She spoke in a firm voice as she bowed her head and placed a hand over her heart. There was her answer…. No turning back now.

Serving us, we will contact you, you will be hearing us, but it's at its utmost importance that the High Priestess has a Priestess especially in the time that comes. But when she's faced her trials, she will come out stronger and so will you. Look out for her and help the High Keeper, do anything to help the Le Roux family," the energies said. Bonnie moved closer and hugged Reira and a white light surrounded Reira and Bonnie. When Bonnie moved back she bowed her head and placed her hand over her heart. "Blessed be, serve us and your High Priestess well," the Energies said. A wind moved over the area again.€

Bonnie looked up and stared straight at Reira before she looked confused around. "Did the energies just take me over?" she asked and looked back at Reira with a somewhat hesitant expression on her face. Usually she could remember that sort of thing, but it was like she had just missed out several minutes of her life, not to mention she couldn't feel the usual tiredness she would feel after the energies had taken over her body.

This was an exciting moment she’ll admit but with what the Energies told her then she was a bit worried for Bonnie now. Trials in the upcoming time? Well for sure even if she hadn’t heard the warning then she would still go out of her way for her friend. Reira wasn’t sure if it was such a good idea to be forewarned but there really wasn’t anything she could do about it but be mindful. Now would be the time she helped out Bonnie and the Le Roux family. The hug she received from Bonnie was odd she had to say. Physically it was her friend but behind it was the Energies doing the deed but before thinking anything else on the matter then the pair was engulfed in white light. It was rather warm… refreshing even… and when it ended with Bonnie pulling back, Reira simply smiled and mimicked the gesture back. "Thank you… I’ll do as you ask." She said just as it seemed as her friend had returned. "Yeah they did." She nodded with a slight smile and trying hard not to think about that warning. It was a good thing humans couldn’t have abilities like telepathy or empathy especially now…. "Don’t worry. They were just explaining some stuff to me… Liiiike how I’m now a Priestess." Reira grinned proudly.

Bonnie smiled widely and gave her friend a massive hug. "I knew it. I've had this strange feeling the last couple of days. In fact ever since I ran into you at the park. It was like they were up to something," she said. At least she wasn't the only one who had to deal with the energies constant chatting in her head, although it was fairly quiet right now, but she could hear whispers. "Now I at least have someone to call if someone needs a higher ranked witch, I just might have to step down a bit sooner than first planned now that I've carrying double load," she said and padded her curved belly a little.

Reira returned the hug generously. It wasn’t that long ago that she was practically on the verge of death from all that exhaustion but now she was full of energy and felt like she could pretty much take on the world. "Well now that I’m officially your Priestess, you can step down whenever need be. I am at your service." She winked to her friend with a slight bow as she then made to stretch a little. "Hn… Wonder where Red…eh I mean Shayla went. That’s our sneaky arsonist who set the forest on fire in the first place. The Energies said that she wasn’t evil…. Simply ‘unfortunate’ although I can’t understand how that is." She mused a little as she let her eye wander about the area as if she could find the woman. A slight frown also creased her lips though at the sight of the scorched trees. Sure she took out the fire but that didn’t prevent the damage.

Bonnie looked around. "Wow....You know if we helped each other, I'm pretty sure we could get this forest back to its former glory," she said and moved over to a tree that had seen better days and touched it. ♥The tree turned back to its former glory and the leaves popped out so it looked like a green mushroom.♥ Bonnie looked up the trunk of the tree with a slight smile. Of course it would take too long if they had to walk from tree to tree. "If we joined our abilities and touched one tree, maybe we could have it move through the ground, otherwise we'll be spending the rest of the morning out here," she said and looked back to Reira.

"That just might do the trick." Reira nodded to Bonnie’s suggestion. The new Priestess was quite eager to restore the forest and it certainly would work much faster with the two of them together working on it. "What better way to start the morning than rejuvenating the forest." She smiled slightly as she looked towards the sky. Sunrise was gradually approaching as the sun started to peek from below the horizon. "Shall we then, Your Highness?" Reira couldn’t help but chuckle as she made to stand near another scorched tree. Gently she placed her hand on it but didn’t make to heal it up just yet. Looking to Bonnie she smiled to her friend and held her hand out to her. It was always nice experience when she and Bonnie did these kinds of things together… They weren’t often after all. And what made this moment even special was the fact that they would be working together as High Priestess and Priestess for the first time.

Bonnie would never be able to do this on her own and she was sure that with help from the energies they could turn the forest into it previous glory in no time. She smiled and moved over to her friend and took her hand and placed the other on the tree. "I know you've never done this kind before, but if we summon the energies, they can boost our abilities and since you're the Priestess now, they will make your ability more powerful as well," she said and gave her a big smile. "Close your eyes and concentrate, you should be able to hear a slight whisper, focus on that and then focus on the trees, I'll do the same," she said and closed her eyes. Now this could look strange, of course they could be tree huggers as they stood there touching a tree. €The breeze swept over them in no time although it was more powerful this time around.€ ♥It wasn't long before the tree they touched turned back to its original glory, but the longer they stood there, the other trees turned back to normal as well, every bush, every shrub.♥ When they were done, Bonnie opened her eyes, she was exhausted yes, but not as bad as it could have been and looking around, the forest looked like it hadn't seen a flame at all. A smile spread on her face and she looked back at Reira. "If I say so myself, we make one hell of a team," she said and gave her friend a massive hug.

Summoning the energies to boost their abilities? Well wasn’t that just neat. Of course she would never take advantage of such a priviledge for her own personal gain despite that subtle hint of temptation lurking about. When Bonnie gave her the instructions, Reira nodded her head and proceeded to do just as her friend said. The color of amber disappeared beneath the comfort of her eye lid as she took in a deep breath and slowly exhaled it. Letting her mind delve into concentration she sought out for the sounds of that whisper and in finding it she put all her thoughts into it, thinking nothing else but that and then eventually adding in the trees. ♦ She could practically feel hers and Bonnie’s abilities at work, the energy coursing through her until it was finally over with. ♦ The deed was tiring but not enough to knock her out. A slight smile curved her lips as she let her eye wander about the seemingly unharmed forest although she was then suddenly pulled into a hug which she returned. "That we do my friend. So glad that I’m really able to help you out now." She smiled widely to Bonnie as she pulled back. From the corner of her eye, her attention went over to the morning sky. "Ohhh... Now this we must see." Reira said as she without a word made to ♦ teleport herself and Bonnie over to the cliffside she was previously on. ♦ Sure the nausea hit her which made her sit on the rough ground but it wasn’t every day you got to see the sunrise with your best friend. "Isn’t that just a pretty sight?" She looked up from her spot and smiled to her friend. The view was definitely something special... especially with the forest back in all it’s glory and the sun slowly cascading it’s lights over them. Truly spectacular opposed from the fiery rampage not so long ago.

It wasn't the first time Reira had teleported her, but being pregnant as well it wasn't that great. Finally managing to sit down she took in a deep breath followed by a deep exhale as she took in the sight. "It sure is....," she said and kept her gaze on the sunrise. She linked arm with Reira and rested her head on Reira's shoulder. "Now your next assignment is to get a hold in your staff and a potential keeper.If Aidan wasn't a warlock then he would have been a perfect choice," she said and sat up a little straighter so she could look at her friend. AJ's assignment to become a keeper had been to get the staff for her, but it didn't have to be the case for Reira.

Reira smiled to Bonnie as she felt her move next to her before bringing her eye back to the sunrise. It certainly surprised her though when she heard about another assignment… Obtaining a staff as well as a keeper. "Ah…. Right…" She said looking thoughtful. Admittedly, her friend was right. Aidan would have been her first pick and the perfect choice to be her keeper but despite him techinically being a ‘human’ at the moment then in the end he was still a warlock and would eventually get his abilities and magic back. "Well besides not being descended from one of magic then what other requirements are there for a potential keeper?" Cause quite frankly she couldn’t think of a single person that fit the bill, at least when it came to magic. Did 'race' factor into that? Although she doubted that would matter as she didn't know that many supernatural anyways aside from her own family.

Bonnie turned her gaze back to the scenery in front of her. "Well it has to be a human. Male or female and the person has to be willing to risk their own life for you, the circle and the energies," she said and turned her attention back to her friend. "The bond between a Priestess Keeper and the Priestess is very special, there's nothing like it. He or she will be devoted to you. Someone who understands you, who can connect with you....The human has to go through a test to prove that he or she is devoted to you and you alone and that they can put their faith into the elements," she explained. Taking a deep breath before she continued. "I asked AJ if he wanted to be my keeper, because he was the one I felt the most connected with. Not just because he was my boyfriend, but there was this bond between us.....you could say soul mates. He had to grab my staff from the bottom of the lake. I had made a dry path for him and he had to walk out there, of course the energies then let the water run over him, but if he had faith in them he would survive and get the staff for me, if not he would die. I've never tried anything like that, I was terrified that he would drown, but it was so surreal to see him walk up from the lake with the staff in his hand and when we touched each other afterwards we were both marked," she said. Releasing herself from Reira she pushed up the sleeve on her left arm and the pentacle appeared. "Not only are we both marked, but we are also linked....If I touch it, I can feel him, if something happens to me, he can feel it....If I should end up killed he will turn back to his human status unless he wants to remain as keeper, but if I'm so lucky to die a natural death, he will die with me. Where I end, he ends," she said. In a way it was a beautiful thought that when the time came when they were both old, they would leave this world together. "Even though who ever it is you pick won't be your boyfriend, then there will be a special friendship between you. The person will understand you in a way that no one else will....The reason I tell you this is because this won't just affect you and your keeper, but Aidan as well. If it's a male keeper it can sometimes lead to difficulties, if it's a woman....then I just might get a bit jealous," she said with a slight smile. It was hard to explain, but the relations between a keeper and his or her priestess or priest was something unique.

Reira listened carefully to every word that Bonnie said. She could tell not just by her friend’s words but by the way she spoke about this bond thing really did seem like something special. There was a hesitant smile curving her lips to the last bit that Bonnie told her. "Goodness, so either way I don’t win whether I pick a dude or dudette as my keeper? Well that’s rather reassuring." She stuck her tongue out at her friend playfully with light laughter before dropping her back down onto the ground and looking up at the sky. "If it helps, if not for the circumstances then I would have immediately chosen you as my keeper if that were possible." She briefly smiled to her friend as she gradually looked thoughtful. "I don’t think there’s really anyone else I know that’ll fit the bill though…Everyone I know is either a different race or of magical lineage." The witch slightly frowned with a sigh. This keeper choosing thing was going to be a tad harder than she thought. "Well there is that Max Hasting dude I met back some years… But we don’t exactly hang out or anything… Haven’t seen him in the longest time as well…. Not to mention I’d probably feel more comfortable with a woman being my keeper unless I for whatever reason have to pick a guy…. Gah I need more friends…. Human friends that is…" She groaned a little as she rolled onto her stomach and just let her face hide itself on the grass. It wasn’t long though as she then rested her cheek on the ground now. "Well I suppose I’m in no rush I guess… or should I be?" Reira didn’t want to exactly rush herself with this. If she was going to choose a keeper then she at least wanted to know the person on a personal level. She wouldn't lie... The witch had tons of friends and if she could, she would choose any one of them; Bonnie especially otherwise Aidan would have been her choice as well... but in the end none of them met the standards of keeper unfortunately.

Bonnie chuckled a little. "Well as long you don't stop talking to me about everything and nothing, then I think I can handle it," she said and sent Reira a smile. Not to mention Reira had other friends than just Bonnie, but they had mutual friends. "Well your keeper appears when you least expect it. I never thought that AJ would be that person who would be the one to protect me, but here we are and I couldn't think of anyone else. No matter what then he always stepped up when I needed him. Back when Lilly had to take over his body for the protection spell, the fact that he did it even though we barely could be in the same room together or rather I couldn't be in the same room as him....," she said. She lied down on her back and looked up at the clearing sky as the sun moved further up over the horizon. That is what a keeper was meant to do, put everything aside and do what was needed. Bonnie turned her head and looked at Reira, her hands resting on the curve of her stomach. "You can borrow AJ if it is, or you can use who ever you want until the right keeper comes along," she said and sent Reira another smile. Besides if she already had to step down a bit, then she could always send AJ with Reira. "Even though he's my keeper, then it's his duty to protect anyone within the circle," she said. Of course she knew it wouldn't be the same, but at least Reira would have someone around who knew what was expected.

"Well I’d love to say I can handle myself on my own until I get my keeper but knowing myself that’s probably not a good idea." Reira laughed a little sheepishly. "It’d have been nice if Aidan was the one looking after me until then but I suppose if you and AJ are alright with it then I don’t mind ‘borrowing’ AJ. Can’t really think of anyone else anyways." Sure he wasn’t her ideal choice but she figured as long as she kept out of trouble until her keeper came along then she wouldn't need to use him so much unless she had to. "Oh so… do I get myself a Priestess Aid as well? Think I might ask Sumdyl if so and if that’s alright." She didn’t see why she couldn’t ask her apprentice despite him being a werewolf… And if he for whatever reason refused she could always ask Celia.

Bonnie let out a slight sigh. Again a sign of the energies being judgemental, when Reira brought up the priestess aid. "You can, but he'll never get the rank as such....He's werewolf," she said and looked back up at the sky. "Technically Sumdyl isn't part of the circle because he's werewolf, neither is Lilly for that matter. They will never be able to join us inside the humans' area which is where the true witch circle is located," she said quietly. She often wondered why on earth vampires and werewolves kept their magical powers if they couldn't do anything. "Sumdyl won't be of any use to you if you have to enter the humans area....And that's your main priority to keep the humans safe," she said and turned her gaze back to Reira. "It's like with my mom....When I had to gather a council for Aidan's trial, I wanted her, but....she's a vampire, she doesn't have a say any longer. Just like Lilly and Sumdyl, they might be magical, but they don't have anything to say any longer. It's sad really," she said, letting out a slight sigh as she turned her gaze back to the sky.

"Ah… Right…." Reira replied feeling rather disappointed but hey there was nothing she could do about it. Even though Bonnie said she could pick Sumdyl then she figured it was best to stick with someone who was human in the end. "Hmm… perhaps I’ll ask Cassie then." She said thoughtfully. If anything, she knew their gypsy friend would be a perfect candidate for the job unless she was told otherwise. Sighing a little she rolled back onto her back and sat up. "Alright… so on my agenda… need to get my staff…. Look out for a keeper and then get myself an aid…." She said more so to herself to make sure she knew all the things she needed to keep in mind. "Will my keeper be the one to get my staff then?" She asked curiously. Sure AJ as Bonnie’s keeper had to get the staff for Bonnie but was it the same for all keepers? She’d assume so but she just wanted to make sure. Reira knew she was asking a lot of questions but wouldn’t that alone help in molding her to be a good Priestess? Now that it was official she knew she had to uphold her title and give reason as to why she should stay as such.

Bonnie didn't say anything against Cassie being Reira's aid. Bonnie had her heart set a little on Meg, but she was still young and Bonnie could always use someone else if it was. When Reira asked if her keeper would get her staff, Bonnie turned her head and looked at her friend. "I don't know. Probably. AJ had to get mine as his test, but that doesn't mean it'll be the same with you. I have a feeling the energies try to keep it original and give each keeper a different test to prove their worth. I guess we just have to wait and see," she said and let out a slight sigh and closed her eyes for a moment. "Think I better get home, got work later today....Think Aidan would mind taking my shift?" she said and opened her eyes so she could look at Reira with a slight smile, before she let out a yawn.

Reira simply nodded to what Bonnie said . Well that was another thing to be anxious for but at least the hard part was out of the way. When she mentioned about Aidan taking her shift then she smiled. "I’m sure he wouldn’t mind and if he did well he can’t do anything about it really or he won’t complain." She chuckled a little although seeing her friend yawn apparently was contagious as Reira herself began to do so. "But yeah I better get back home too… Amazing how much we got done today and it’s not even passed 7 in the morning yet." Looking to the morning sun, she looked thoughtful and couldn’t help but sigh. "Wow… I’m finally a Priestess…. I’m excited for this but then again I’m still quite nervous." It was a big responsibility after all. Sure she would do her best to make sure she lived up to the title but what if it wasn’t enough and she screwed up or something?

Bonnie sat up and ruffled her hair a little, but as Reira brought up her being nervous of the new title, Bonnie placed a comforting hand on Reira's arm. "Hey you're not alone. I'll be right there guiding you, so if you have any questions then ask. It's not like when I became High Priestess, I had no one to tell me how to do it. Besides the only one who can define the rank is yourself. I've had to come across a couple of bumps over the years because I'm not what the magical community would consider a normal High Priestess because I've got a relationship with my keeper and now married to him even. So all I can say is be yourself, follow your heart but keep your head on your shoulders too," she said and gave her friend a smile.

Reira pouted a little, narrowing her eye towards Bonnie when she ruffled her but of course she couldn’t help but chuckle playfully. She was thoughtful to her friend’s words. She knew all too well that things wouldn’t be so easy for her as well. After all she was with Aidan whom the Energies still hadn’t got in their favor at least just yet. But if Bonnie could overcome her obstacles with being High Priestess then she was sure she could do the same as Priestess. "Thanks… Some very wise words Your Highness." She smiled before blowing out a thoughtful sigh. "Well we best get on our way then." Things were going to be much different she figured from this point on and that warning that the Energies told her didn’t help so much… Whatever it was she was going to make sure to heed their warning starting now. Now that she was Priestess, she intended on doing her job to the fullest and give reason why she should be remembered for it. That and helping out Bonnie with her duties. Perhaps this could be her way of making up for the shaky years in their friendship. One thing for sure was she never wanted another repeat of that phase between them and she planned on never letting it happen.
