Bonnie kept a straight face, well as well as she could anyway, but when she heard of Aidan planning a trip out of town for the two, a slight smile briefly played over her lips. She wondered if he was planning the big question for that trip. "I think you should go. It'll be good for you, get away from anything and spend some alone time together. I can recommend it, when ever AJ and me take some time off to ourselves, it's like we get closer to each other. Besides who knows, maybe the trip is what you need right now," she said and this time it was her who put an arm around Reira's shoulders and hugged her a little. "Just because you leave town for a couple of days doesn't mean everything will crash and burn, besides you can teleport back here in a flash if it was," she said with a smile and gave her friend a slight nudge.

Reira didn’t move from her position but she did turn her head to look at Bonnie as she spoke. It seemed like her friend was all too eager to get her to go out on a trip which really she supposed shouldn’t be too surprising after what she’s been through. And in hearing that last comment then it did seem reasonable. "I guess I’m also a little paranoid to be going away. There’s always ‘what if’s’ ringing in my mind. But I suppose you’re right. Could always teleport back in any case… Not to mention it might be an idea to bring along a couple protection bags… or ten…" She chuckled a little at herself although she felt like she was a tad serious on that. Trouble always seemed to find her wherever she went which is why she barely left the manor except when she was needed. Today just seemed to be one of those ‘what the heck’ days and here she was.
Nudging her friend back with a little smile, she then let out a soft sigh before gently dropping her head on Bonnie’s shoulder. Her eye once again darting towards the playground. "We haven’t discussed exactly where we’re going but I know that I want to be normal for once and use some means of public transportation besides me just teleporting us and our stuff to wherever." Sure teleporting would be way easier and practically cheaper but she couldn’t always rely on her abilities. Not to mention she’d just get a big headache from the teleporting anyways.

Bonnie got a rather thoughtful expression on her face as she looked over to Jamie who now had found her way over to the slide and was climbing up in the tower so she could slide down. "You know if you want to really get out of town, then you could always go to Paris. I can recommend that and if you want you can borrow our apartment.....The Seneschal Female gave us an apartment over there for our wedding, it's really nice, right smack in the centre of the city, clear view to the Eiffel Tower," she said and turned her head a little so she could looked at Reira. Of course she hadn't exactly got AJ's approval, but the apartment was for both of them and it wasn't like they were using it when they were in Carpe Noctum.

Looking to Bonnie in hearing her offer, Reira smiled widely. Before she first stepped into Carpe Noctum, of course being a teleporter it was rather easy for her to get around the world. Even though she’s been around most of america then she rarely went out of the country. "Really? I think that’d be nice… If AJ’s alright with it though. Otherwise I’ll suggest the idea to Aidan and see what he says about it." If whatever reason he wasn’t cool with it then she didn’t mind as it didn’t seem a problem to find some other place to stay if they did decide on Paris, otherwise there were other places besides the city to go to she supposed. "So what’s there to do around Paris? Besides the sight seeing and what not." Although heading to some place with a beach or at least some means of water entertainment seemed appealing as well especially with the summer season coming up. Actually speaking of summer reminded her of certain birthdays… Of course there were Serena’s twins on the 18th of June but then several days later would be Aidan’s... Gosh already her mind was starting to wonder what she should do or get for his birthday.

Bonnie looked thoughtful for a second. "Well it's more the atmosphere in the city. If there was a place I would move to, if I ever decide to leave this town, then it would be Paris.....the small cafés, the parks. Just walking along the Seine, sitting in the park on the grass in the arms of the one you love, watching life pass by. I don't know it's hard to explain, you have to be there to experience it," she said and had a dreaming expression on her face as she told about Paris. "Oh and looking over the town in the evening, the lights from the Eiffel Tower.....I don't know what it is, but.....it truly is the most romantic city in the world, it gets under your skin," she said, clearing her throat a little and looked at Reira with a slight smile. Bonnie had fallen in love with the city the first time she came there years back with AJ and Jamie. "And don't worry about AJ....He can't say no to me," she said and gave Reira a wink. Bonnie just had to work her charm on him and he would be like pudding in her hands.

Reira smiled thoughtfully although she chuckled to Bonnie’s last comment. "Well if we don’t decide on heading to Paris this time then there’s always next time. I’d love to head down there at least once if it’s possible." As well as lots of other places but she supposed there was always time to do traveling. She was still young after all. And then aside from the possibility of her being Priestess whenever that time came not to mention her family, friends and the town then she wasn’t exactly tied down to anything major for the moment to keep her from doing so. Whether she felt up for it was a different story though. Sure she’d love to just pack her bags and drag Aidan out to see the world but she somehow was just too attached to this town…. "Hmm… Think I should be getting back home now…" She pondered thoughtfully as she looked up to the cloudy sky. She regretted a little not bringing Evee along as she could have been having some fun with Jamie right now but there wasn’t anything she could do about it. "I've got work tomorrow, but I'll be home around one. You are welcome around two, Jamie would love to play with Evee," she said and gave Reira a smile. The thought of going back to work after pretty much three weeks away because of wedding and honeymoon, she had a feeling it would be a hard week, but she only worked half time, the rest she spend at home making remedies and such for the shop. "I have a feeling it's going to be a hard week for me going back to work. I'm just glad that AJ is there to deal with the little princess, even if it's only part time I'm at the shop," she said and got a thoughtful look on her face. "I have to ask Aidan if he's interested in putting in some hours in the shop after he's build the web shop. So far it's been Cassie who's pulling most of the weight in the shop, but with a third one around it could help her a bit," Bonnie said, more to herself than to Reira. Oh well she would have to discuss it with Aidan when she saw him the next day. They would have a morning meeting before the shop opened.

"Schweet. Evee would love that as well." Reira smiled as she listened to what Bonnie said. "Well you’ll adjust back into the flow of things as the week moves on. And as for Aidan then I’m sure he’ll be more than willing to do that. It’ll give him more to do anyways." Looking thoughtful she couldn’t help but smile once more to her friend. "I know I probably said my thanks already but… thanks… It means a lot to me that you’ve given him this job and I know it means the world to him as well." She really did appreciate what Bonnie was doing for him and at least he had something to do to occupy his time with.

When Reira started to thank her for giving Aidan the job Bonnie gave her a little smile. "Well I did it for you really. I guess it's my way to show that I at least will try and give him a chance. At least you did it with AJ, now it's just up to Aidan to prove that he can be trusted," she said and let out a slight sigh as she briefly looked to Jamie who now stood by the swings and looked a bit thoughtful at them before she took a seat on one and got started. "AJ still isn't happy about me working with Aidan, but at least he doesn't talk about it.....After that fight I thought for a second that it would ruin the wedding. I've never seen AJ like this before, we had always managed to talk things out in a civil way, the worst part was seeing Jamie afterwards," she said. Sure she had already talked to Reira about this, but it was no secret that the fight had shook Bonnie a little. "So I guess we won't be go double dating any time soon. I don't think if I can stand a whole evening of AJ giving Aidan evil eyes. Not to mention AJ could break Aidan like a twig now with Aidan all human like now," she said. One thing she hadn't mentioned was the threat AJ had made, although it wasn't aimed at Bonnie but at Aidan. If he so much as stepped out of line he would have AJ on his back, Bonnie didn't want to put more coal on the fire. She just hoped that if she showed herself from a more positive side around Aidan that maybe AJ would soften a bit as well, although it would take a long time.

Reira nodded. "Of course. Well even so then I still appreciate it." Aidan still had a long way to go with gaining Bonnie and AJ's trust -especially AJ's- but at least her friend was putting effort into giving him a chance. Sighing lightly herself she made to stand up from the bench and stretch a little. "Well, think I'll be off now. Nice to have you back." She grinned as she bent down to give her friend a hug. Bonnie returned the hug and waved Reira off as she left the park. Bonnie turned her attention back to her daughter who seemed to be in her own little fantasy world, letting out a slight sigh as she let her hand move over the slight curve of her stomach, it was strange to think that in seven months time she would be a mother to three children, at least it helped her to get her big family a bit faster than she first anticipated, but she had wanted to have four children before she reached 30 and it seemed to be going pretty well, which only led her thoughts move back home to AJ and a smile moved over her features. One thing was for sure, she had a pretty good life. A wonderful husband, a beautiful daughter, her own business, great friends and family, a nice home and she was pregnant with twins. Half an hour later the High Priestess was on her way back, holding her daughters hand as they talked about what Jamie and Evee could do the next day.

Splashing Colours in the Chat

It is now possible to get your name in your favourite colour, as long they don't get too close to Katie, Susie and Kat's (when she's got her colour coded). Anything in a lighter shade or in a completely different colour is possible. All you have to do is send me a PM with a colour code and I will change it asap.

Kat has announced that she'll be moving to the Philippines to study and because of that we have announced Katie as our third admin, so I'm not completely alone and Kat can concentrate on her studies. Kat will of course try and be on as much as she can after she's moved. So if something is burning in here, then you can now ask Katie for help as well.
