"It's a date then." She chuckled hiding the disappointment from her face when he let go of her hand. Standing Luna stretched letting out a content sigh feeling the tension in her muscles relax finally. "I thought you would never ask, she's been practically barking in my ear to let her out since she smelt those rabbits." She said cracking her neck and shifting. It came faster to her then most wolves. Mostly because she had spent almost her whole life in a fur coat and tail. Luna had never really gone onto her two legged form till recently. In a sense, this was her true form, the form that she wished she could stay in. Looking up at Marcus the white wolf looked over the man infront of her taking a few steps closer till her snout was an inch from his face. Letting out a huff of air in his face Luna took off across the brook pausing for a moment to see if the male would follow in the hunt.

He had to admit that her wolf form was quite pretty itself. Marcello watched her as she approached; he noted her dark nose, sharp eyes, long, lean legs, the muscle more acquinted to someone who spent more time in their wolf skin as opposed to soft human flesh. Not half bad, really, although Marcello still preferred to believe that he was the most beautiful thing on four legs. The fact that she had drawn so close to him surprised him. The fact that she merely huffed into his face and ran away did not.
"Oh, and I suppose you're going to lead the way?" He said, coming into a stand. A laugh of disbelief shook his chest. "Nice try, but I think I'm the top dog around here. I don't follow." Marcello shifted on the spot. Even then his wolf exuded confidence, using that smooth, self assured gait to pull him closer to Luna, drawing himself up in front of her to block her path. His nose stuck into the air in a haughty sort of fashion. In a way, he hoped that she would chose to challenge his defiance. To test her further, he placed his maw not three inches from the tip of her nose, mocking her previous performance. His orange eyes read. 'Try me.'

Luna just rolled her eyes at the mention of him being top dog, till he blocked her path. Looking into his orange eyes she felt two things, her slight agitation with his haughty attitude, and weakness in her knees. The invitation was too tempting to pass up. Seeing his nose in front of her face she lightly closed her front teeth around his muzzle. She let out a low growl when she released him and licked where her teeth were. Moving to his left side till her head was aligned with his Luna faught the urg to nuzzle that thick mane of black and looked in the direction that the scent of prey came from. Looking back at Marcus she lightly flicked her tail at him before tackling him to where he was pinned on his back her snout not even an inch from from his. As she looked in his wolf eyes it was all to clear that she had questions in her's.

He wasn't sure what he was expecting, but the small, tender nip of his nose still came as a let down, proving to him that she didn't have the guts to challenge him too fiercely. The smugness that he felt over it was oddly short lived. Marcello brought up a paw to brush over the part of his maw where her teeth had grazed. 'I knew you didn't have it in you.' Perhaps he had been too bold in hoping. Such a flighty looking thing like her probably didn't have a defiant bone in her body, having been beaten down into the position of a pack wolf. It was perhaps a miracle that she had done anything at all. Marcello hid his disappointment. Maybe she would surprise him in the hunt instead, with him leading the-
The unexpected pressure knocked him clear off his feet. There was no time to hide the shock in his canine features, just enough to look up and see a white wolf looming over him, a paw pressing firmly on his chest. For a moment he was completely dumbfounded by the change in attitude. Then, sobering up, Marcello gave a little growl back. He placed a paw against the snowy white of her abdomen and wiggled free from her pin. Once unhindered, Marcello stood up and shook the dirt out of his fur. He licked the fur along her cheek in one quick pass. 'Alright, alright, go ahead and lead the way.'

Letting the wolf up Luna started to move stunned momentarily by the wolf's actions. Coming back she trotted ahead of him following the scent of at least five rabbits.she didn't care if he didn't liked the prey item she felt the need to run. Besides when she hunted rabbit it was the chase she loved rather than the initial killing. Going onto her belly when the scent was strongest and the family of eight was in sight threw the tall grass. She paused for a moment looking at Marcus and motioning for him to go around before returning her gaze to her prey. Feeling her muscles tense and untense as she prepared for the chase, going from her belly to her paws. It was the that a voice no louder than a whisper echoed in her head, 'He's testing you,' it said till Luna shook her head going back on her haunches before lunging baring her fangs and snapping her jaws as she gave chase twisting and Turing with her prey till she got close. Snapping her fangs closed around it's leg she broke it in half and continued running after another not sure where Marcus was as she closed her jaws around the head of her second kill before slowing to a stop.

After she had pinned him down to the ground, he was all submissive, letting her take the reigns without question. It was an odd mix of curiosity and respect. Looping around to the direction Luna had indicated, Marcello settled himself down into a patch of tall grass, resting his stomach on the dirt, his nose just barely poking through. Between two blades of grass, he watched her. There was an odd glow in his eyes- inquisitive, self assured, interested, but slightly distanced, for the sake of observation. He regarded every twitch of muscle in her hackles as she prepared to jump. Indeed, her intuition was right, for he was testing her- although he could not read the thought crossing her head. Marcello wanted to see if her bite was as bad as her bark.
There it was- the warning ripple of muscle. Marcello got ready. Then, bam, like a rocket, she shot out of the grass, sending dirt flying as she ran after her target. The black wolf broke off in the opposite direction. By the end of the ordeal he had only managed to take one rabbit (after throwing it into the air in his frenzy and breaking its spine- accidental, but it worked out). However, he trotted over to finish the rabbit with the broken leg. It didn't get far, hobbling like that. After sinking his teeth around its neck he considered each of them to have one and a half.
The lump of fur and bones was thrown uncerimoniously at Luna's paws. By the time it hit the ground with a dull thump, a man had taken the black wolf's place. His face was smeared with blood. He reached up to wipe it with the back of his hand, grinning. "You're damn fast," Marcello awarded. "Damn fast. I didn't know where you were for half of it. But here, the rabbits can be all yours. I ate just before I came here. Hopefully no one you know," He scooped up another rabbit by its hind legs, walking it over to her. "I'm kidding, I promise. I've been a good boy since our last run in. But really, good job hunting. I'm surprised."

With a still live rabbit in her jaws Luna faced the man finding two dead rabbits at her feet. Even with the kicking prey in her teeth she didn't feel it's claws scratching and digging it's claws into the fur and flesh of her neck. In order to shift she threw her rabbit into the air shifting into a human who's eyes were still that of her wolf self. The rabbit landed with a hard thump and a sickening crack. "Comes from saving my little pup brother from angry mother bears." She joked picking up one of her rabbits using her wolf claws to cut open the chest cavity and took out it's heart. Looking at the man infront of her before eating the bite sized heart. "Tell me, do you just go right into your kill eating just the meat or do you go for the heart and liver first?" She asked swallowing the last of the heart.

Splashing Colours in the Chat

It is now possible to get your name in your favourite colour, as long they don't get too close to Katie, Susie and Kat's (when she's got her colour coded). Anything in a lighter shade or in a completely different colour is possible. All you have to do is send me a PM with a colour code and I will change it asap.
New Admin

Kat has announced that she'll be moving to the Philippines to study and because of that we have announced Katie as our third admin, so I'm not completely alone and Kat can concentrate on her studies. Kat will of course try and be on as much as she can after she's moved. So if something is burning in here, then you can now ask Katie for help as well.

Remember that you can use as many of your characters you want to vote with as long you don't vote for one of your own characters. You can find them here. The polls will close June 1. Furthermore we have two homecoming polls. So let your high school characters vote for who should be homecoming king and queen. The polls closes 9 June, you can find them in the event board.
