Sophia slowly made her way into the café, smiling to the woman behind the counter, recognising her from the last couple of times that she had been in here. This morning Sophia had felt quite well considering how much time she had been spending with her head over the toilet recently, this made her think that the morning sickness was finally coming to an end, but she knew that that wasn't the case, she had at least another couple of weeks of it still to go. Sophia liked this place, she liked being near the sea, and though it was still quite muggy outside, it seemed that Sophia had got here just in time, seeing that it had now started to rain. Taking a seat at a nearby table, Sophia was soon brought over her usual order of a glass of cloudy lemonade. Today Sophia had planned a meeting with the party planner Hayley Hastings, having found her number in the magazine. Her and Leo had pretty much decided on a date, meaning that they had two weeks to get everything sorted, and that was a lot, hence the reason for the meeting today.
Having mentioned that Sophia was going to be meeting up with Hayley to Leo, Sophia waited rather impatiently, tapping her fingers on the table. Miss Hastings wasn't late, Sophia had been quite early, finding that she had wanted to get out of the chateau today, having not really ventured far since she found out that she was pregnant. Sophia had told Leo that he didn't have to come if he was busy, sure Sophia would like him to make an appearance, but she knew that she would manage without him if need be.

A minute before the scheduled meeting she had, she entered the beach side café slightly clumpsy as she had a trouble with her umbrella, but she managed to get it shut down and got her whole body inside, part of it a bit wet. She let out a huff and shook a little as if she had been a wet dog. She straightened her hair a little before she looked around who was in café, when her eyes lingered on a red haired woman. She had only spoken to Sophia over the phone, so she didn't know how the woman would look like, but when she had heard the name Leo Nóillión she imagined that Sophia would be a vampire and since she was the only vampire in there, she took her shot that the red haired woman was the woman she was going to see. She walked over to the table with a big friendly smile. So far she had mainly planned weddings for werewolves and humans, no vampires, but she should have her first go at some point. Miss La Roux? I'm Hayley Hasting, we spoke over the phone, she said and reached the vampire her hand as she arrived to the table.

Sophia had been deep in her own thoughts and hadn't noticed the woman enter, so when she was spoken to, Sophia looked up and frowned a little before realising that this must be Hayley. Taking the woman's hand and shaking it a little, Sophia offered the werewolf a friendly smile. "Miss Hastings, please take a seat, can I get you a drink?" she asked, gesturing for Hayley to take a seat at the table. There was a lot for them to get through, and they had to get things underway today, otherwise there was no way that the wedding would go ahead in two weeks time. "I hope you work well under pressure, we only have two weeks to sort everything out." she explained smiling softly. Sure two weeks wasn't long at all, but Sophia had requested that her and Leo tie the knot before Sophia started to show, which would probably be soon.

Hayley placed the umbrella on the floor by her chair after she had taken a seat and opened her large bag where she took out a large folder that said wedding ideas on the front and placed it on the table along side with her calendar, pen and a notepad. When Sophia asked if she wanted something to drink it was as if a waitress had been waiting near by cause suddenly she stood by the table. Hayley looked up with a smile. Some ice tea please, she said and gave the waitress a smile. Two weeks is indeed not long, but I think we can manage, she said and gave Sophia a reassuring smile as she opened her notepad and her calendar. Saturday the second of July I presume. Well we better get the food settled first then, now do you have any specific plans in that department? And what about invitations, they need to go out pretty quickly, she said and grabbed a smaller file inside the folder that said invitations on it and placed it on the middle of the table along side with a file on various menu suggestions. Have you cleared it with the minister yet? If not I'll happily talk to him, I know for certain there aren't any other weddings that day, so he should be free, but I think he's going on holiday soon, so we have to book him quickly if it is, she said as she wrote Sophia and Leo's names on top of the notepad paper along with the word wedding.

Sophia smiled a little taking a sip of her drink, she hadn't thought of food or even talking to the minister, who of course would be an important part of the day, but hey that was what Hayley was for, she was that one that was meant to sort everything out. "If you could talk to the Minister that would be a great help, as for the food I haven't given that any thought, I'm not to big on eating at the moment, but something french would be perfect." she explained, placing her glass down on the table looking to Hayley with a warm smile. Sophia was sure that by the time of the wedding, her morning sickness would be more under control so she wouldn't have to run off to the toilet during the meal, but Sophia couldn't be certain. "As for the invitations, we don't have too many guests.. I have them written down here." she explained taking a piece of paper from her pocket, unfolding it and handing it to Hayley. That was the one thing that her and Leo had actually spoken about, who they wanted to invite, luckily most of Leo's family and Amelia would simply be told, considering that Leona, Jake and Amelia would all be involved in the ceremony.

Well I took the liberty to do some research and have designed a special invitation for you, she said and opened the file and took out a invitation that showed a watermark of the Noillión's family crest. If you don't like it or have any changes then I'm open, but I liked the family crest so it would be a nice touch and with the golden letters and frame around, she said, the invitation was white, but she could make it in any colours. Sophia listened as Hayley ran off a list of flowers, the callas being one that she hadn't heard of, though she had a vague idea of which it was. Nodding a little, Sophia was sure that it would look fine, she was just having a hard time picturing things. Then as she was asked about Music, a thoughtful look crossed Sophia's face. "Definitely classical though not opera.... I was thinking that the whole things could be done inside the chateau what with the weather being the way it is at the moment, oh and Leo definitely has to be in a tux, bow tie and everything." she said, leaning back in her chair a little, smiling softly. Though she hadn't had that much time to think about what she wanted for the wedding, she definitely wanted Leo in a tux, Sophia wanted him to look like James Bond, the very thought bringing a smile to her face.

Hayley scribbled everything down. If we are lucky with the weather, we should take the wedding photos outdoors. The light is so much better than indoor, she said. She had pretty much been preached that by her cousin, when she asked him for advice of wedding photos and where it was best to take them. I'll have a talk with the florist, get everything sorted. Maybe a quartet to play at the ceremony and maybe have them play during dinner and then have a band who can play some more dancing friendly tunes afterwards, Hayley said and looked over at Sophia.
