Reira figured it was about a couple hours or so after noon when she and Cassie ventured off into the wilderness –more specifically the lake- with their companions. This winter wasn’t much of a winter as it had felt like it was already spring weather so it was sorta nice out today aside from the chilly wind. Was it wise to be heading out to the middle of nowhere especially in times like these? Probably not especially with that forest incident years back but this time she had Cassandra with her and having a buddy along was always better than going off alone. Seeing as Evee was living with her then she had asked her niece, Reina, to watch over the girl back at the manor while she was out. Not that she didn't want to bring the young girl along but she was hoping to also have a private word with her gypsy friend about some questioning things she had in mind....
Tugging her jacket a little from the rush of wind, the Twilight witch had bolted on ahead for the lake with Horus circling above while Cyn and Cassie weren’t too far behind. As soon as the body of water was in view a serene grin spread upon her lips as she stopped mere inches before the water’s edge; hands on her hips as she stared off taking in the view. "Lovely day today, huh guys?" She smiled looking up to her falcon and then behind her shoulder to Cassie and even Cyn before turning around fully and jumping backwards onto the water except instead of falling into it then she was keeping herself above the surface; basically walking on top of the water. There was a smug look on her features as she stuck her tongue out towards the gypsy while continuing to carefully walk small steps backwards on the water.

Cassandra was really looking forward to the small trip to the lake with Reira and their companions. She's been dying for some fresh air, with everything that has been going on. Cyn already enjoying the trip, running between trees, sniffing the air, even chasing a couple squirrels. Once they reached the lake, Cassie let out a smiled at the sight, and answered Reira, "Indeed, wouldn't you agree, Cyn?" The dog answered with a bark. Cassandra then sighed when Reira decided to show off her skills by walking on the water. "Yeah yeah, you gots skills, we got it." She then paused while a evil idea grew in her mind. She turned to Cyn and said, "Cyn, aduce!" She pointed her hand out to Reira, and before her friend could react, the dog was running out into the water, jumping onto the witch. Normally, Cassie would do that, with the colder weather, but she knew Reira could evaporate the water out of her clothes with no problem. She laughed and said, "That's what ya get for being a show off." She stuck her tongue out playfully to her friend.

Reira kept up with the smug look that is until Cassie decided to hound Cyn on her and without warning she had fallen into the water splashing about while the dog was swimming around her. "Ha…ha… Verrrry Funny." She stuck her tongue back out as she waded her way back to the shore seeing as the level of the water where she was wasn’t too deep. It was then that she had cooked up an evil idea herself. "Oh Casssie…. Mind giving me a hug?" She smiled evilly as she opened her arms out to gypsy even though she was far away but before she could say something then the Twilight witch teleported herself behind her friend and wrapped her soaking self around the woman. "Ah….. Much better… sorta…." She grinned cheekily as she immediately disappeared once again and landed some distance away from the gypsy in case she would get a violent reaction.

Cassie fussed her out in Romani, squirming to get out of her grasp before she was let go by Reira teleporting again. "You evil woman!" she hissed, shaking herself as if to shake off the water. She ran her body at a light higher temp, just so she wouldn't feel as cold. Then to top it all off, Cyn walked out of the water and towards her, before shaking off the excess water. "Gahhh... Cyn..." she groaned. "Love you too, you little mutt..."

Reira laughed haughtily when Cassie called her an ‘evil woman’. “Thought you knew that by now!” She grinned before making a warm wind blow around her and in no time she was back to being dry. She couldn’t help but chuckle as Cyn shook water onto Cassie as well but she figured she’d be nice now and it wasn’t long before she got her friend all dried up as well. “Hehe Gomen…” She smiled. Noticing Horus swooping down then the witch held her arm out for the falcon to perch upon. “This is nice… Just fooling around and not having to worry about what’s going on out there.” She said with a slight sigh as she gestured in the direction of the town. Gently she petted her companion on the head as she looked over to Cassie with a smile. What with all the drama going on then she just needed a break from it all even for a short time and she figured Cassie did too. Obviously there was a lot going on in the witch’s mind...

Cassandra knew Reira wasn't sorry about hugging her, but she didn't say anything. Especially since Reira made up for it by drying her up with the air. She watched Horus fly down before sitting down next to Cyn, who laid beside her. "Yeah, I know what you mean," she replied. She then looked over to her friend, hearing the undertone in her voice. "Alright, didykai, what's on that little mind of yours? I think I know you well enough to know that something's up." She looked over the lake, then back to the witch. "You have that dazed look, which tells me something's been on your mind that you can't get to drop. Wanna talk about it?"

There was a huge rock nearby so Reira went to stand on top of it while she listened in on to what Cassie was saying. She sighed heavily when the gypsy pointed out that she did have something on her mind and questioned if she wanted to speak about it. Well that was sort of the point of dragging her out here anyways and she figured it was better now than later. "Kind of… There’s a lot going in this little brain of mine actually… Not sure where to start." She forced a chuckle before seating herself on top of the rock. "Well… I suppose I’m just a worrywart…. Still not over what happened with Art…. Not to mention you….. Then I had to suspend lessons with Celia because of something that’s going on with her… And there’s no doubt I love Evee to bits and I don’t regret her living under my roof but the girl’s still adjusting to living with me… Went ballistics when she went off on her own without a word some days ago…Gah…" She just heaved a heavy sigh as she plopped her back onto the rock and looked up at the sky. Her arm was still a bit elevated though so that Horus could continue perching. "And to top all of that… I’ve been thinking about Aidan… more so in a doubtful way…" She spoke in a thoughtful tone.

Cassandra listened at Reira spoke about what has been bothering her lately. When the witch paused, she replied, "Well, your sister is finally getting back on her toes. And me, don't even worry. I'm in tip top shape. Celia is being taken care of by Artie. True, not really sure what's going on over there, but I have faith in your sister. As for that adorable little girl that you have taken under your wing. She's been through a lot, and has found her way all the way to this city. I think adjusting will be not as hard as you think." Cassie smiled to Reira, trying to give her some comfort. But when Reira said she heard she was being unsure about her boyfriend - someone she has been dating for a few years now - it was a bit of news. "Oh, and why is that?" she asked, curious.

Reira nodded lightly to everything that Cassie said but couldn’t help but heave another heavy sigh as she questioned her note of Aidan. "Well….. I didn’t mean to… but that day when the lot of you came over… I was on my way downstairs when I overheard a conversation between Art and Aidan…" She paused momentarily as she remembered keeping herself hidden at the top of the stairs and listening in from above. "I mean… I think everyone knows at this point that he’s up to something… just not sure what… But then I heard Art asking… or rather demanding from Aidan if he was in the Rose Alliance…… He said no… Not sure if she mentioned this to you or anyone but she said something about him being in the illusion as well when she was tortured…." A little blank about what to say next she peered her eye to where Cassie was and there was thoughtful and hesitant tone to it that you never really see from the woman. "I don’t know what to think to be honest…. But what I can really tell from dating him these past years is that he really does care about me and I for him… I would think even ‘love’….I don’t know what to do." She had never felt so lost about what to do… Well… at least not since that day when Bonnie told her to keep away for the remainder of her pregnancy. She couldn’t remember what she did after that but she knew that she didn’t go home right away and that she had done a lot of thinking…

Reira didn’t move or anything when Cassie came to sit next to her. Horus had flown off circling above once more so she was in a more relaxed position. She listed to what her gypsy friend said and she somewhat felt reassured. For one thing, that second chances bit was in a way true… She was given one by Bonnie so why not she do the same for Aidan or rather anyone who needed it. The witch of course wondered what exactly her boyfriend was up to but in the end she trusted him and just hoped that her being with him the past years would spark some sense into him. Daniele had been keeping an eye on the witch, Reira. Although it wasn't that easy with her teleporting where ever she went. In the end she simply kept an eye on the manor. Today she was in luck and after she had made her rather comfortably on a huge branch up in a large tree, she simply kept an eye on the witch woman and her friend. She was close enough to pick up their conversation and yet far enough away and well hidden behind the large tree trunk so they wouldn't notice her. She had found her cell phone and sent a text to Charlot. She would need backup since Reira wasn't alone, so until Charlot could find her way down to the lake then Daniele simply stayed up in the tree and kept an eye on the two witches.

Cassandra couldn't help but laugh at Reira's last comment. She really knew why she was craving the pickles, but Cassie wasn't going to say anything. She isn't one to ruin surprises. "Sounds serious," she joked. "Maybe you should see a doctor about it. I can hear him now.. I'm sorry, Miss Twilight, but we think you have the Pickle Hunger Syndrome." Cassie let out a huge laugh, her voice already switched back to normal. "Aidan's life would be so altered. Having to buy nothing but pickles for you, for the rest of his life..." Reira simply stared at Cassie when she acted out her little joke before bursting out in laughter by the time she mentioned Aidan. "Oh gosh bless his soul if I do that to him. He’d probably develop some kind of phobia of the stuff." She chuckled and took a mental note to perhaps ‘warn’ him later on about it. Calming down a bit from the laughing she heaved a sigh as she drummed her hands against her belly and looked up at the sky mostly thinking about how hungry she was now. She actually did feel a bit more at ease now that she talked a bit with Cassie and her mind wasn’t jumbled up with worries so much although there were still some thoughts diverting over to Aidan. Reira didn’t say anything right away for a good amount of time… it was only when she heard her stomach growl that she let out a groan. "Gaaaaah…. So hungry….." She complained and being rather impatient then she sat up and materialized a jar of pickles to her lap and in no time she was already munching on one. Surprisingly it didn’t taste so bad. "MMmmmmm, wan shum?" She asked Cassie with her mouth still chewing away as she held out the open jar to her friend.
However her attention then went over up to Horus who was circling a bit close for comfort above them not to mention he was being rather noisy. "Hey you alright there, Horus?" She called out curiously finding his behavior a tad unusual not to mention Cyn was starting to act rather aggressive too noticing the dog growling in the direction of the forest area...her nose pointed upwards. There was something riling up the animals and a sudden bad feeling was starting to form in the pit of her stomach. "Something’s not right…. perhaps we should get going then." She suggested to Cassie as she made the jar disappear and got up into a standing position. The idea of just teleporting back home seemed grand but she wanted to hear the gypsy’s input on what they should do…. The thought of going to investigate was on her mind as well.

Cassie couldn't help but laugh when Reira telematerialized a jar of pickles. She shook her head as her, smiling, before waving her hand, saying no to the pickle offer. Cassie wanted to try and nudge Reira what's really going on, but she didn't want to be the one to tell her. Before she could say anything, Reira mentioned something about Horus, which made Cassie look up before turning her attention to Cyn. The dog was acting very strange indeed. The hairs were sticking up, and she was growling. "Cyn?" she said, getting up. She walked over to the dog, gently petting it. The action seemed to bring Cyn out of the stance, but the dog kept close to her master, like in a protective mode.
Cassie looked back over to Reira. "Cyn only gets like this when there's something she doesn't like, or can hurt me," she explained. She looked back into the direction of the woods, her eyes glowing as she used her ability to scan the woods. There wasn't anything close by, but... "There's someone here," she said. "They have a psionic trace on them." She turned to Reira, her eyes going back to normal. "Why don't we fuss them out for upsetting our companions, huh?" If anything got too serious, she'll simply have Reira teleport them out. Of course, it could just be some punk trying to be scary. Cassandra turned to Cyn and said, "Cyn, aduce!" The shepherd took off, and Cassie took off, followed by Reira. She left her psionic scanning open so nothing could catch them off guard. Reira's unaware of it, but her safety and well being is Cassie's top priority at the moment.

As soon as Charlot got the text from Daniele, she headed off. The chance of meddling with other people's head was something she loved. Of course Daniele had written who she was watching, so Charlot knew right away how to play this.

Daniele chuckled a little and gave the guy in front of her a playful nudge. "Well excuse me. Besides I've got a message from your mother," she said and tilted her head a little. She could feel the two witches presence. "It's time. Think you can get that "girlfriend" of yours to go with you now without question? Bring her out of town as planned, then I'll be waiting, we'll have her turned before she even knows about it. After all this is what we've been planning all these years, well it's time," she said as she fiddled with Aidan's shirt a little. She let out a slight sigh. "I can't wait for all this to be over, so we can be together again. I know we've seen each other when we could over the last couple of years, but it's not the same and I know you don't love her, but seeing you with her. It breaks my heart," she said and looked up at Aidan with a slight pout, but when he kissed her, she flung her arms around his neck again.

Reira nodded to Cassie and after whistling out to Horus for him to keep close she bolted after the gypsy. However it wasn’t too long into their venture that her attention had caught onto a familiar person or at least she thought she saw ‘him’. "Was that Aidan?" She asked rather bewildered having sworn she saw him now and again. As Cassandra brought them closer and closer to where the presence was then she could hear faint voices that were growing louder by the second until the words being spoken were made clear. Was she hearing correctly? Even though she was denying it then why was it that she felt her heart already shattering? It wasn’t long before she and Cassie came to the sight of Aidan swinging around another woman in his arms right as he…kissed her. She stopped in her tracks some distance from them and only stared with wide eyes. Her breathing had stopped and she was completely at a loss for words. "What…the fuck.. is going on…" She more so demanded clenching her fist and looking rather pissed off. Was this really happening right now or was it some kind of illusion?

She used her biokinesis to snap the person back to original appearance and was met by cold blue eyes. Instinctively, she sent a psionic blast towards the to and turned to Reira. Charlot let out a slight choking laughter when she landed on her back, before she with great difficulties got back on her feet. She had been caught a bit by surprise which meant she hadn't managed to cast it back to Cassie, but from now on she would be, so if anyone tried to hit her with some sort of ability it would be returned. She helped Daniele up, looking after the two witches. Using their vampire speed they quickly managed to move around them.

"Unfortunately our master is tired of waiting, so he's sent us to do the job Aidan failed to do, but instead of him leading you Reira to the Alliance, we'll just do the job right here. After all your sister did see it happen, why not make things a bit more real," he said.-

Splashing Colours in the Chat

It is now possible to get your name in your favourite colour, as long they don't get too close to Katie, Susie and Kat's (when she's got her colour coded). Anything in a lighter shade or in a completely different colour is possible. All you have to do is send me a PM with a colour code and I will change it asap.
New Admin

Kat has announced that she'll be moving to the Philippines to study and because of that we have announced Katie as our third admin, so I'm not completely alone and Kat can concentrate on her studies. Kat will of course try and be on as much as she can after she's moved. So if something is burning in here, then you can now ask Katie for help as well.

If you haven't voted for the monthly polls yet then you can still do it. Remember that you can use as many of your characters you want to vote with as long you don't vote for one of your own characters. You can find them here. The polls will close June 1.
