It was almost a rarity that Artemys got out of the Chateau. And as for having any time to herself well that was a miracle as well what with having to take care of Kaylee now. She didn’t regret taking the little vampire girl in the least and she loved every moment she spent with her but from what she’s come to be aware of then it was a lot of work. So after some consideration then she decided to take the opportunity to head down to the castle and of course she would be taking the little girl with her. She never could let her little daughter out of her sight for fear that something would happen to her…
However upon arriving then Kaylee had fallen asleep on the way which she didn’t mind at all since the girl had trouble sleeping last night. After settling the young vampire into her castle quarters, Artemys carefully made herself comfortable with Kaylee in her arms on the bed before falling unconscious as well seeing as she now was using her Astral Projection. She didn’t want to leave Kaylee all by herself after all.
♦ Quietly and slowly she made her way out of the room and after shutting the door, she headed to Missy’s room briefly to let her know she was around before going about the castle halls. She would say her greetings to the vampires passing by although she had to be extra attentive since today was one of her off days with her hearing. They seemed to be happening more often than not lately. Sighing heavily and continuing with her walk it wasn’t long before she found herself outside in the castle gardens. Finding a conveniently placed bench shaded under a large tree from the hot sun, she made to seat herself upon it and simply leaned against the trunk behind and closing her eyes… A fresh breath of wind breezed by allowing her to smile slightly and feeling rather relaxed if only for a moment. ♦

Raine walked up the steps to the castle slowly. She wore a dark blue hoody with a pair of dark jeans and colorful hightops. The castle was beautiful in all it's antiquity that Raine loved in a place. She had stumbled here on accident, taking a wrong turn on her way back to her apartment and upon finding it her fingers had just itched to draw the place. She looked around the entery way and then turned around a looked for a good place to set up shop. She sat down in the tall grass twenty feet out to get a good scope and pulled out her charcoal and pad. She began a rough outline, glancing around, she didn't see anyone else around. In fact the place seemed deserted. Raine smiled enjoying the sun and a new subject to draw. She was well into her first sketch when her phone rang. Raine flipped it open to see her brother's number flashing across the screen. She didn't answer it, she didn't want to tell him yet. Tell him that she, despite everything he had warned her against, was now in town. She wasn't backing down this time.

Artemys let out a relaxed sigh. She wasn’t sure how long she was out but it was very refreshing she had to say. Feeling the sudden urge to walk around and about then she did so, thus leaving the shady comfort of the tree. Of course the rays of the sun were bothering her eyes, so neatly she slipped on sunglasses to counter the effects although it could only do so much. She figured she wouldn’t walk too long but she did need to do so even for a little bit. Strolling about the castle grounds, to think that the place looked abandoned ruined on the outside while the interior was grand and very up to date with the modern times yet still appreciating an old style castle décor. Clasping her hands behind her back, she let her mismatched eyes wander about until they fell upon a female figure about the grass. She seemed to be focused on a sketch…. Tilting her head slightly, she didn’t recognize the girl she recognized to be a vampire and a low rank at that… She seemed familiar though. Curiousity got the better of the Head Lady so by her astral form she headed over to approach the artist standing some feet near her. "Hello." Artemys greeted with a little smile and polite tone. "Excuse my intrusion but are you new around here?"

Raine had had her head bent intently on her sketch so that she didn't notice when the woman walked up to her. She looked up embarrassed and set her things aside. She had thought the place to be abandoned but this woman carried a regal air about her as a vampire that screamed high up on the chain. Raine lowered her head and took a deep breath. "I'm sorry I thought this place was abandoned. I am new to this place, though that's not an excuse for trespassing. I'm very sorry." She looked up at the woman cautiously. She didn't want to get into any trouble while she was here in town, otherwise her brother would be very upset and she would hate for him to be anymore stressed out. Raine tried not to want to reach for her phone and call him. She knew that he could easily fix whatever she had gotten into around here but she didn't want him to know yet that she wasn't hiding like she was supposed to be.

Artemys quirked a brow to the woman’s apologetic manner before smiling slightly. "Oh you’re not trespassing so there’s no need to apologize." She chuckled a little, tilting her head somewhat. "And actually the castle’s made to look abandoned but in actuality inside it’s quite nice and houses many of the town’s vampire coven." She explained as she made to sit beside the woman. "I’m Artemys Twilight by the way… Head Lady of the coven… So if there’s anything you need or whatever then just ask. I don’t live here but I do have accommodations in the castle in case otherwise I stop by whenever I can." At most once a week or so was when she stopped by the castle. It was her duty as one of the heads to be aware of what was going on with the coven after all.

When you see a poll of some sort, then try and take the time to read what it's about and who's allowed to vote. This means in particularly the homecoming polls. They are ONLY for High School characters. So if your character isn't a high school student then DO NOT VOTE!!!! Thank you.
Splashing Colours in the Chat

It is now possible to get your name in your favourite colour, as long they don't get too close to Katie, Susie and Kat's (when she's got her colour coded). Anything in a lighter shade or in a completely different colour is possible. All you have to do is send me a PM with a colour code and I will change it asap.
New Admin

Kat has announced that she'll be moving to the Philippines to study and because of that we have announced Katie as our third admin, so I'm not completely alone and Kat can concentrate on her studies. Kat will of course try and be on as much as she can after she's moved. So if something is burning in here, then you can now ask Katie for help as well.

If you haven't voted for the monthly polls yet then you can still do it. Remember that you can use as many of your characters you want to vote with as long you don't vote for one of your own characters. You can find them here. The polls will close June 1. Furthermore we have two homecoming polls. So let your high school characters vote for who should be homecoming king and queen. The polls closes 9 June, you can find them in the event board.
