the young warlock zachrias was once again walking through a forest with his blind fold on. he did not care about the pain he felt from passing rose vine thorns, right now he was having his own crazy version of fun. zacharias was walking letting his other senses guide him. the fool moon poured over him with its light. he was taking his time, he had no care in the world at the moment, if a snake or wolf attacked him it would not matter. he may have not seen the forest but he could hear the life all around him. he soon came across a large spider web zack felt it with his left hand , immediately he reached out his right hand and grabbed a spider which was about to eat a butterfly he tossed the large arachnid across. soon his arms had sores and scratches on them from rose thorns.his insanity still made him apathetic to it l. he was walking to hollow tree and sat down under it listening to everything around him.

edward had been running through the forest looking for a special herb for a new medication he was working on when he detected a human and right away he recognized the scent. he kept looking untill he got farely close to zach and slowed to a hualt . "hello zach nice to see you again" he said sitting down against a cherry tree.

he had been running for hours and still the rare herb had eluded him. "what are you doing out here today" he said as he took a drink from the flask in his pocket. he picked up a small stick and twirled it in his hand untill it ignited and he started to play with it.

zack could feel a heat source nearby he could already tell who it was so he did not need to guess who it is. he felt warm and at the same time cold which meat it had to be a pyrokinetic vampire. zack knew vampires existed but never let out the secret that he had knowledge about the supernatural to any one else, his best friend reina did not know that he knew she was a werewolf.zack pretended to be an ignorant human in the name of all that is exciting and fun. zack listened to him speak about peace. zack had certain opinions of war. "actually your a lucky one, most of the time i say every one has an ulterior motives when they are around me, for example when i met the women at the gardens i was thinking she is only being kind to get something from me or similar. supposedly i am given the option of a wrong path and right, right is good and wrong is evil, i decided to just build my own road out of passion and let my instincts guide and have no regrets no matter where i end up.even though i have a feeling oblivion is my destination" zack said still looking for a blue glow, he was proud of himself for his decision even though he was told he needed guidance he knew he would make it to the starry field.

edward was enjoying the walk. it wasnt often he just got to just relax and talk to someone without having to worry about everything around him.

"and here they are right where i planted them many years ago they have germinated quite well" he said as they walked closer towards the clearing and when they passed through some tall grass it was like you were in your home at christmas time, all the flowers glowed and it was just one of the most beatiful sights in the world.

"beautiful arent they" he said with a smile.

"things around here sadly arent always as they seem and you have every reason to keep your guard up. war will always be a part of was and i know it will never just disappear but i say if i can help prevent even one conflict in my life time my life was not wasted for who knows what the world might have become had that conflict taken place" he said as he kneeled down in front of one of the plants and started to dig out the dirt around it's roots.

"we have to dig them out. we can not just harvest the flowers like you normally would they are to delicate and all to rare to do so" he said to zach.

"if we keep having wars at this rate who's to say the plot of terminator will not take place" he said as he pulled a small burlap bag out of his pocket no bigger than a sandwich bag and filled it with some dirt before placing the flowers roots in it and tyed the bag around the base of the flower.

"isnt it sad this clearing is one of only 3 places in the world that these beautiful flowers even exist and it's only here because i had the for site to protect them" he said to him before he remembered how much he had done to hide this place

"whatever you do though zach do not tell another living soul of this place i have kept it hidden for many and i plan to keep it that way. these plants used to grow all over this area but witches used them untill they were nearly extinct" he said taking the plant and placing in a box located next to a tree that had been there before they arrived.

"you make immortality seem terrible by how you speak about it, but you seem you are very happy with your life, many friends, a large family, and you even get the chance to protect things like these flowers, you make it sound horrible but from everything i hear and see you are actually happywith the situation you have been granted."" he said as he helped harvest the flowers, zack was slightly scared of immortality, actually it was more than slightly, he always had this fear that something would turn him against his will.he thought his life would become a version of hell, but edward seemed to be a happy person.
"what would happen if i was turned against my will? " he asked still wondering if raker was going to try to kill or turn him in the end of his small quest.

"it is not a fate i would push on anyone. i have had a good life. i've built myself a fortune, i've made many good friends, and even started a family. but i've seen countrys fall,towns be built and burned,ilness take the lives of thousands, been hunted to the ends of the earth, and killed many men. is that something you could ever live with my freind" he asked zach.

when he asked edward what would happen if someone turned him against his will his teeth clenched.

"well theirs the obvious but it would cause the heads to confront whoever turned you and hold a hearing to find a fitting punishment. but i must tell you the number one thing that would happen would be i would hunt them down myself zach and bring them back so they must atone for what they did. and then i would teach you how to control yourself as i have many before that is if you wanted. but just take solace in the fact that it should never happen and i would do all that i could to prevent it" he said to him leaning against the tree taking a break before they headed back. and he looked over at zack and the flowers.

Zack thought about the situation with raker, in some ways when he looked at it it seemed like he sold his soul and body to the man for the knowledge of the supernatural world. zack could feel the imaginary chain of fate around his neck tighten. "i will escape this fate of mine, no matter how far i have to run, i will not let the chains of fate keep their grasp even if it leads to oblivion "he thought to himself.

"i don't think it will happen, but there is a probability it will happen so if you could be prepared, or if i ever die please don't cry" he asked his as he stared at flowers. zack thought about this for a while one of the benefits to his wall as he had always thought in the past was that if he ever died, those who were kept out of the wall would not cry.

edward smiled when zack asked when he would see him again.

"well thats really up to you, i am normally a very busy man and i spend most of my time at my mansion but i do make it out every so often, but as i told you before my door is always open to you. come by anytime im sure the rest of the family would love to meet you" he said with a smile, he really enjoyed zacks company it wasnt often he found someone he could talk to about just anything rather than focusing on the tasks at hand.

zack sorta stood in wonder.sure louisa had invited him over, but that was one large conspiracy to win the favor of her father in order to get louisa away from the mansion she lived in and show her some fun, so when he as once again invited to the hills he was surprised. maybe letting people across the wall was not a bad thing.
"does that mean you think you can have a good race with me? i warn you i am faster than most vampires and werewolves, don't under estimate me because i am human. and would you like to play some chess sometimes, i sorta get bored to the point i have to go gamble just to find some one good enough to be a challenge" he said before looking ahead

edward was glad to have have found some many good samples and too have enjoyed such a good conversation.

he liked to spend time with zach. he didnt have to think about anything other than what they were discussing and it made him happy. he was so used to having to worry about everything around him it was just nice to relax.

he walked along being carefull not to damage the flowers. zack was glad he had let his wall down for once, now that he thought about it, it was strenuous now he thought about.it.
he was not about to let this chance go. "i would like to come now if you don't mind" he said before making a bow. zack was surprised by how kind the vampire is other than louisa he had not met too many good vampires, well at least ones that were not out to eat him. he slightly shivered the night air was cool but he sorta liked it, whenever his temperature rose from stress he would always wait for night to come. he was still full of inner turmoil but at least it was at a lower volume now. .
" i can't wait for the race.he said as he looked edward a little more closely he then realized this was the first adult friend zack had made. he felt happy he made a new friend and expanded his variety.
