After her and Javier had been around the Medical Centre for the scan, had Leona locked herself in her studies. She had refused to speak to Javier, given the excuse that she needed to think things over, even when it came to sleeping, she hadn't shown up. In fact for the last couple of days she had been in her study, which had ended rather messed up, because of all the things she had thrown around in pure frustration. On the fourth day, she finally came out, but she didn't try and look up Javier. In stead she caught a quick shower and changed clothes, before she took a seat in on a couch in front of the fire. Her knees pulled up to her chest as she hugged her legs, looking distantly into the fire. She had been crying a lot, thrown up a lot and her mood had been all over the place and right now she had a massive headache. She let out a heavy sigh. The thoughts about the baby, who was fine by the way. The stab wound hadn't done any damage. She had thought about Javier, whom she had missed terribly in the last couple of days, where she had locked herself up. And she had thought about herself. She still didn't like the idea of being pregnant or the fact that she had to have another child, but she couldn't get herself to remove it, if it meant Javier wouldn't talk to her or be with her again. After he had re-Sired her, she had this lump inside her that grew if the thought of living without Javier would ever happen. She would literally die, she couldn't live if he wasn't around. He had become her life and it frightened her more than anything else that her, the Head Bellator, the woman who had sworn over and over again, never to be overpowered by any man, emotionally. Actually had been overpowered, but several things had been made clear to her over the last centuries. One, Javier was her soul mate. Two, he was the one she loved the most. Three, he was the only one, who she had opened to in any possible way, heart, soul, mind, dreams. Four, she trusted him more than anyone else, besides her brother and Jake. Five, he was the man, she wanted to spent her eternity with. So sitting there, lost in thoughts about everything this pregnancy involved, it had made her come to a decision, something she hoped Javier would help her with, cause frankly, she didn't really have anyone else in mind at the moment.

Since the scan Javier hadn't seen Leona, of course he knew that she had been around the chateau, so he didn't need to worry about her slipping off to get rid of the baby, he knew that she wouldn't do that to him. Javier knew that she needed her space, she needed time to think things through, hell he still had to get his head around things. Everything was fine with the baby, which had been a relief, but deep down and as much as it hurt him, Javier wished that that hadn't been the case, at least it would have been easier on Leona.
Walking down the hall, Javier made his way into one of the living rooms in their wing, a book in his hand that he had planned on reading, but what with everything that was going on, he just couldn't relax enough to read, not even for the twins. Looking up, Javier noticed Leona sitting in the couch, stopping in his tracks, Javier looked to his wife, it felt like an age since he had seen her, she hadn't even been to bed since the scan. "Hey." he said still with the book in his hand, looking to Leona in the light of the fire.

Leona didn't move an inch when she first felt Javier's presence and later heard him speak. "Hey," she said quietly, but other than that she didn't say or do anything but staring empty into the fire. Right now she hoped she could keep herself from flipping again, there was something inside her that was on the edge of bursting and she didn't want Javier to be the victim again. For some reason her pregnancies had turned her more aggressive than she usual was, her temper more explosive and it had always went out on Javier. She let out a heavy sigh, she could just as well get things over with, so she finally turned her head and looked at Javier. "We need to talk or rather I have I suppose at first," she said and folded her legs Indian style. She had a serious and thoughtful expression on her face. "I've been thinking the last couple of days about you and the baby and me," she said. Still in that quiet tone. She cleared her throat a little. "When I was expecting the twins, I wasn't Head Bellator, but I am now and I can't just give that position and I won't," she said and looked at Javier. "I know Leo wouldn't like to get back to that job and I think I've taken enough advantage of Jake, so I was thinking that maybe you could take over my patrols. I will still be at potential trials and meetings and all that, but I can't patrol now and I kinda hoped you would help me out," she said as she kept her eyes on him. This wasn't easy for her, being a Head Bellator or a warrior in general was what she was and the fact that she had to step down for the next five months or so, was not something that went well with her, but she knew that Javier could do the job if it was.

Javier perched himself on the edge of the couch when Leona said that she wanted to talk to him, Javier hoped that it wasn't her trying to persuade him that no wasn't the right time for them to have another baby. Then listening to what she said, about her Head Bellator duties and the like, Javier looked over into the fire, that was just another thing for him to feel bad, but as she asked if he could take the duties instead of her brother or Jake, Javier looked around to her, his mouth falling open a little. "You want me to take over your duties? Like go on patrols....sure... if that's what you want, you know that I'll do anything for you." he explained smiling softly to Leona. Sure it would mean that he was spending less time with the twins and Leona, but if it would help his wife out, he would do anything.

Leona nodded to Javier's response, but eventually the distance between them were too great and she moved closer to him, taking a seat in his lap and rested her head against his shoulder. "I'm sorry about the last couple of days, I just needed some time for myself," she said still in that quiet tone, slightly fiddling with Javier's shirt. "You haven't told Nora yet have you?" she asked and moved her head so she could look up at him. If not they would have to tell her soon, although Leona wasn't sure how Nora would think about it. She had accepted Leon and Luke pretty well, but getting a new brother or sister so soon after the others could perhaps be a bit much.

As Leona moved into his lap, Javier's arms automatically when around Leona, the way that they always did when Leona took up this position, as she apologised for her absence, Javier shook his head a little as if to say no worries, bringing a hand up to the back of her head, gently running his fingers through her hair. "No I haven't told her, I thought that it would be best if we told her together, and since you've been MIA, I thought it best that we wait." he answered smiling softly to Lea, tucking some of her hair behind her ear, before returning his hand to the small of her back, leaning in a little to kiss the tip of her nose, resting his forehead against hers. During the four days that Leona had spent in her office, Javier had given himself time to think as well, not that he was the one that would need to make any decisions, but if they were going to have another baby, which inevitably they were, then so be it, there was no point in him worrying about it, all he had to do was get plates thrown at him, it was easy compared to what Leona had to go through.

Leona let out a slight sigh, as a hand moved to his cheek. "I'm 266 years old and I'm pregnant, it sounds so crazy when you start thinking about it," she said, sure she didn't look like one who was 266, but that was beside the point. She felt old on the inside. "I feel too old to have any more kids, but one thing is for sure, I can't keep going if you're not around. So you better expect some really nasty accusations over the next five months, cause I'll blame you for this," she said with a slight smile. Of course she had been after him with the previous pregnancies as well. That it was his fault she was pregnant, of course it took two, but when she first got herself worked up, then that was beside the point.

Javier smiled slightly to Leona, before a serious look came across his face. He knew that he was asking a lot of Leona to have this child, he knew that deep down she didn't want it, that she was merely keeping it so that he wouldn't leave, but the thought of any of that made Javier think twice about what he was asking Leona to do. "I'm sorry that I'm putting you through this Leona... I just can bare the thought of you getting rid of this baby.... I will look after it when its born, like I did with Nora, please don't hate me because of this." he pleaded looking to Leona before burying his head in the nape of her neck, wrapping his arms tightly around her, as if she would vanish completely if he didn't.

Although Javier had heard what Leona had said, he was still feeling bad about everything, sure he may have had time to think things through, and though he thought that he had gotten his head around everything, it was clear that he had some things still to get over. When Leona kissed him, Javier closed his eyes and took in her scent finding that he took comfort in it. Leona felt a warmth spread through her body when Javier returned the kiss. She leaned into him, prolonging the kiss as long as possible, when she finally did break the kiss, her lips stayed slightly against his. "Maybe we should move to the bedroom, don't want to get caught by one of the maids or our daughter for that matter," she whispered with a slight smile on her lips. She moved off him and reached her hand to him and sent him a warm smile. Who knew how much of this there would be in the months to come, especially if her mood ran wild as it had done the previous times, so it was about taking advantage of it when she was in her good mood, which she was at the moment.

Javier looked up to Leona with a slight smile of his face before taking her hand and standing from the couch. Javier knew full well that he shouldn't hesitate with moment like these. Comparing this to the other two pregnancies, Javier was aware what may happen to the love life. Bringing her hand up to his lips, Javier gently kissed her knuckles, before playfully scooping her up in his arms, and carrying her out of the room and heading in the direction of their bedroom. "I want you to promise me one thing... that you don't throw any of the new china at me." he said smiling mischievously to Leona, somehow managing to get their bedroom door open and closed using his foot.

Leona let out a light squeal when he scooped her up in his arms, she placed her around around his neck, not once taking her eyes away from him. And as he wanted her to promise not to throw any of the new china after him, she let out a light laughter. "You know I can't make such promises, you just have to lock it away then," she said with a chuckle and caught his lips in a very passionate kiss. If the waves went high with her, then no one would be safe. It was no secret that Leona had a temper and always had, even before she was turned, the vampire had just magnified it.

Before Javier could reply to what Leona had said, she had his lips in a passionate kiss, that had he had any, would have taken his breath away from him. Blindly making his way over to their bed, when he reached it, Javier gently placed Leona down on top of the covers, placing her head on the pillow, never once letting going of her lips. Moving over Leona, Javier straddled her hips so that his hands could work on taking off the tops that she was wearing. Leona chuckled a little, when Javier suggested locking her up. "You would like that wouldn't you," she said as she kept her arms around his neck, locking lips with him again. A rush went through her as she felt his fingers against her skin and she let out a slight gasp. "Why do you have this effect on me?" she moaned as she rolled them around so she was on top. She sat up and pulled the vest over her head before she slowly started to unbutton blouse, revealing a black bra underneath as she pulled it off as well. As she threw the blouse on the floor she leaned forward and caught his lips in another fierce kiss, pressing her body against him. She would have to take advantage of still being able to get close to him, before she started showing too much.

Javier couldn't help but nod a little when Leona said that he would enjoy locking her up, of course he would enjoy that, for one it would mean that she would be out of harms way, and it also meant that he would be able to keep an eye on her. Now on his back, Javier bit down on his bottom lip as he watched Leona take of her tops and bra, he would never get enough of seeing her in all her glory. Then as she kissed him again, Javier trailed his hands down Leona's back, his hands finally coming to a rest at the top of her jeans. Rolling her over again, practically throwing her down onto the bed. Moving his lips to her neck Javier groaned a little when he was having difficulties with Lea's jeans. "You know I hate these tight pants that you wear.... I mean sure they make your ass look great, but they're hard to get off you." he said having to pull away from Leona's lips, sitting up a little so that he could pay attention to what he was doing.

Leona couldn't help but let out a light laughter when he complained about her jeans. "Don't worry, before long I'll be wearing smaller tents and sweatpants," she said and sent him a big grin. She decided to help him out a bit with her jeans, so he wouldn't be spending too long on them. After they had landed on the floor as well she sat up on her knees and caught his lips again and started to work on his clothes, getting his shirt off before she pushed him down on his back and worked on his pants as well before she moved over him and kissed him fiercely, moving her body slightly against his, not being able to get enough of him.

Javier smiled at the thought of Leona in sweatpants, of course he preferred her in dresses, but what guy didn't like seeing his wife pregnant, glowing with motherhood. Then as Leona pushed him back onto his back and removed his clothes, Javier needed to feel Leona against him, and he didn't have to wait long. As soon as she moved over him again, Javier's hands went to Leona's hips where he gripped them firmly, kissing her back with just as much fierceness as she was giving him.
After a little tumble on the bed, Javier moved off Leona and pulled her from the bed moving her up against one of the walls, lifting up off the floor and wrapping her legs around his waist. Of course Javier knew that he couldn't be as rough as he usually would be, but that didn't stop them from having fun.

A squeal came from her when he suddenly pulled her up from the bed and a loud gasp escaped from her when she was pushed up against the wall. A dark smirk spread on her lips, placing her arms around his neck when he lifted her up. Shortly after Leona caught his lips in a heated kiss, pressing herself against him, even though she was as close to him as it was physically possible. Her eyes turned a light red colour when she briefly locked eyes with him and the next thing her fangs punctured his skin on the neck. The taste of his blood only aroused her even more and she let out a loud moan.

Javier had a feeling that Leona was going to bite him, and the strange thing was that he actually wanted her to do it. As she did he let out a moan, it was weird how much the pain of her biting him could turn him on, and when she did, it made him move harder against her, taking a handful of her hair and pulling her fangs out of his neck, Javier caught Leona's lips in a passionate kiss, the taste of his blood filling his mouth.
Having moved back to the bed shortly after being bitten, Javier lay on his back afterwards, a content smile playing at his lips, one arm around Leona. Hopefully they would be able to do this more often, or rather more before her moods got the better of her and her stomach would start to get in the way. Leona had an arm draped over his chest, moving up a little, she gave him a kiss. "I love you too," she whispered against her lips. She felt she had used the l word more often lately, maybe she was finally able to use it more than she had done before or perhaps she just wanted to let Javier know that she really did love him, she wasn't sure. She nuzzled into his neck as she moved her hand over his chest, but she didn't manage to lie there for very long before she felt sick and the next thing she was up and off to the bathroom. She moaned a little afterwards, one of the downsides being pregnant was the constant bathroom visits and it usually didn't stay with just the mornings. She had had periods before where she had spent a whole day there or at least could set up camp. She got to her feet and stumbled over to the sink and turned on the cold water and splashed some in the face before she drank some. After she had dried her face she moved back to the bed and lied down next to Javier snuggling into him, now feeling down right poorly. "I hate being pregnant," she mumbled.

Javier sat up a little when Leona got out of bed and went to the bathroom, closing his eyes when he heard her throw up, Javier wished that there was something that he could do, but the best the he could offer was something to drink and a back rub. As Leona got back into bed and snuggled into him, Javier kissed the top of her head, resting his lips along her hair line. "I know Lea, but its the last time.... do you want me to get you some tea, or something to eat?" he asked cradling her in his arms, wishing that they could just skip the whole morning sickness part and go to the vicious mood swings and the plate throwing.

Leona moaned when he brought up food. "No, I don't want anything at all, I'll just throw up," she mumbled and moaned a little. "I should have entered a convent back in the day, then this would never have happened," she said, of course she knew how silly it sounded especially how she was when she was human, she would have been kicked out within a month or something, if that could do it. "It's all your fault," she said, okay so it was only partly his fault, but she just had to bring it up. Then she pinched him hard on his abdomen, just to inflict some kind of pain on him and sat up, she was turning grumpy, which wasn't a good sign.

When Leona said that it was all his fault, Javier frowned a little and when she pinched him he couldn't help but flinch a little. By the way that she sat up, Javier could tell that her mood was changing, he knew that this was only the beginning, but he thought that they would at least be able to get through the rest of the day without Leona flying off the handle at him. "Yea I know its my fault... tell me something that I don't know." he said sitting up himself, swinging his legs over the side of the bed, the scratched on his back stinging a little as they started to heal. As much as Javier didn't want to leave Leona, there was no way that he wanted to be around when she got mad at him for no particular reason.

Leona looked at Javier with a nasty look. "Oh so now you're mad?" she said and snorted a little and got up and started to get dressed. "No wonder I get cranky around you," she said and put her jeans on with aggressive movements. "Can't believe I married you in the first place, if I had the baby removed when I first found out back then we probably wouldn't have been here miserable," she said as she folded her arms across her chest and looked at Javier with narrowed eyes. She was trying to keep some kind of restrain in herself so she wouldn't fly on him and rip him to pieces, just the sight of him made her sick.

Javier simply stared at Leona when she yelled at him, the way that she spoke about the child that they had lost with so much callous in her voice sliced Javier like a blade, reaching for his pants, Javier pulled then on but left them undone, getting up from the bed he looked over to Leona, hurt behind his eyes. "You know what Leona, if you don't want this baby, by all means do whatever you want.... I'm not going to sit around and take you yelling at me, I married you because I loved you and because I wanted our child to grow up in a stable family....maybe you should have gotten rid of it, it would have saved all the hurt that we had to do through." he explained looking to her still with a pained look on his face. Then moving to grab his shirt, Javier pulled it on and started to do up the buttons on his shirt. Sure he knew that Leona's emotions would be running wild, and that he had endured the brunt of her anger during the last pregnancies, but now Javier didn't think that he could handle it any more, not if he was going to get everything thrown back in his face.

Leona felt like he had punched her in the stomach, she simply stared at him and then the anger turned into guilt and sorrow for what happened back then a loud sob came from her as she fell to the ground, leaning slight over as she started crying. Her arms moved over her abdomen. "I wanted it. It was the only child I really wanted and then I lost it," she managed to say between the sobs. Suddenly there sat the vulnerable Leona, the one no one but Javier would see. They had never talked much about her miscarriage, mainly because she had refused to talk about it, but truth be told, she had wanted that child so badly, because it meant that her and Javier were truly meant to be together. Not that she was happy when they had a second chance with Nora, but she had been so afraid of loosing it that she had grown scared and the same happened with the twins and now here it was with this one. "I'm afraid that I'll lose this one, what if something happen. I'm afraid," she said and then started to cry heavily.

Javier had just been about to turn around and walk out the door when Leona fell to the floor crying. Moving over to her, Javier dropped to the floor as well, taking Leona in his arms holding her head against his chest, trying to soothe her the best that he could, since it was his fault that she was now a hysterical mess on their bedroom floor. "Its okay sweetie shush now.... nothing is going to happen to this baby, I won't let any harm come to you or the baby." he said as he kissed the top of her head, cradling her, as if he was protecting her from the rest of the outside world. This was the Leona that he knew he was the only one that saw, and he made it his job to look after her, to hold her in his arms and keep her out of harms way, the best he could.

It had been an emotional roller-coaster for Leona, going from quiet to passionate to angry to vulnerable. She didn't know how long she had just sat there in his arms and cried when the final sob set in, so she just sat there, comforted by his arms around her. "I had the feeling that it would be a boy back then. I don't know why," she said quietly, not moving an inch, she had an empty expression on her face. "When I first found out that I was pregnant I felt this warmth inside me. I knew right at that moment that we were meant to be together and I never thought that I would be happy about having a baby, but I was," she said, a small smile spread on her as she had a distant look in her eyes as she thought back. "But when I was pregnant with Nora, I didn't want to love her, because I was afraid that she would be taken away from me, as the first one was," she said and finally moved a little so she could look at Javier. Her eyes still filled with tears and a sadness glowed from them. "It's haunted me ever since and even now I'm afraid that if I get too attached to it, it will disappear," she said as a tear ran down her cheek.

Javier didn't care how long he would have to sit here with Leona, he would hold her for the rest of eternity if she would let him. When she finally looked up to him, Javier looked back at her with a sad smile, bringing both of his hands up to wipe away the tears that were still running down her cheeks. Javier had no idea that this was why Leona distanced herself from the children that they now had. "Nothing will happen to this baby Leona.... or our other children for that matter, I won't let any harm come to them" he explained before kissing Leona on the forehead and getting to his feet, pulling Leona up as well. His knees weren't what they used to be so if he spent to long on a hard surface he got cramp easily. Taking her over to the bed, Javier sat them both down, before moving his arms around Leona, he almost felt lost if he didn't hold her, especially when she was in this state.

Her arms went around him as he sat them on the bed and rested her head on his shoulder. For some reason what he said calmed her down. Javier felt horrible for Leona, not only had she gone through that on her own, but he could imagine that he couldn't have been much help, since he never understood why Leona was always the way she was, when she was pregnant it was like she couldn't wait to get the baby out of her, and then once the babies had been born, she couldn't stand being in the same room as them. Once she started to relax a little, Javier did too, though he didn't take his arms from around her, maybe Javier should get Leona to open up more often, it seemed to help her immensely. When he say that look in Leona's eyes, Javier frowned ever so slightly, he had never seem her look so happy when she was pregnant, and it warmed his entire body to think that Leona might be changing a little. Now with his hand on her stomach, Javier smiled softly, of course now with the pregnancy being in the early stages, he wouldn't be able to feel any movements, but the fact that Leona was letting him touch her stomach was a milestone in itself. Then when she apologised, Javier looked up to his wife just in time for her to kiss him. Keeping his lips as close as possible to hers, Javier smiled softly. I know I'm not an easy woman to live with and I still can't understand why you keep putting up with me," she said with a slight smile on her face. Leona wished she hadn't put her clothes back on and she felt too comfortable to take it off herself, so if Javier wanted it to go any further he would have to take it off her. So for now she simply hooked her leg over his hip and held him close as her lips were locked to his, in a very long and heated kiss. She arched her back a little before she rolled them around, not once breaking the kiss. One of the perks being a vampire, was this. All senses were heightened and then the kisses were amazing. With Leona now on top of him, Javier had better chance of getting some of her clothes off her, not that he was going to be able to get those damn jeans off her, maybe he would hide them so that she couldn't wear them any more, that way he wouldn't be having these problems. Swiftly undoing the buttons of her shirt, Javier brushed the material from Leona's shoulders. Once the shirt had been thrown onto the floor, Javier held her chest against his, loving the feeling of skin on skin. Rolling the two over again so that Leona was once again on her back, Javier started to work on her jeans, determined that this time he would be able to get them off. However with his lips still locked with Lea's it was proving very difficult. "Damn things.... I think I may burn these." he said sighing in frustration that he had had to break the kiss. "I've got ten more in the closet," she said with a slight chuckle when she briefly broke the kiss and sent him a playful smile before she caught his lips in another heated kiss, her leg hitching over his hip. How was it possible for her to keep wanting more of this man, sure there tended to be a hate/love relationship from her side at times, but when it came down to it, then she couldn't live without him. He belonged to her and no one else.

By the time that Leona had caught his lips in heated kiss, Javier had just managed to push down his own pants as he was pulled down on top of Leona. As Leona started to talk, Javier simply continued kissing her neck, knowing full well how much she loved it, when she mentioned that he could take Jake on his first patrol he stopped what he was doing and moved back a little so that he could look her in the face. Grabbing his swords from his wardrobe and strapping one to his back, keeping the other in his hand, Javier looked over to Leona when she mentioned them patrolling together after she had given birth, the thought was good, but Javier knew that he would be more concerned about the baby then going on patrols, though he was sure that they would come to some kind of agreement in the matter, they usually did. "I remember getting Michel killed and you being mad at me.... and helping the Jewish families." he said looking to her with a thoughtful expression on his face. It had all been a long time ago, and Javier's memory wasn't what it used to be.

When Javier was ready she took his hand and headed out of their bedroom. "It wasn't your fault Michel got killed, it was mine. He tried to save me, if he had know what I was he might have lived a long and happy life," she said. She had always had a soft spot for the young man, even though he had been human. He had been good to her and showed her interest, which she had missed for a long time. Her eyes moved to the sword Javier held in his hand and a smile spread on her face. "May I come with a suggestion, don't flash your sword like that. You're practically asking for trouble. Stay subtle, we are patrolling, not going into battle," she said and sent him a smile. When Lea mentioned that he should be a little more subtle, Javier looked down to the sword that he was holding, frowning ever so slightly. Of course he knew that Leona knew what she was talking about, and he should listen to her, which he was going to. Stopping in his tracks, Javier balanced the sword against his leg, before taking his coat off, strapping the other sword to his back, and replacing his coat over his shoulders. "Got it... be more conspicuous." he said with a nod and a warm smile over to Leona. Javier then pulled Leona closer and gave her a tender kiss on the lips, before taking hold of her hand again and carrying on down the hall. "Does the town have any particular hotspots? Places that I should pay more attention to?"

Taking in all the information that Leona was giving him, of course he didn't like the idea of going to one of the bars or clubs, not with Leona with him, in fact he would rather go to one of the quieter spots, sort of break himself in gently, at least then he would be certain that nothing would happen to Leona. Then as she almost begged him if they could take the motorcycles, Javier turned slightly and looked at his wife, crossing both of his arms over his chest. "And I suppose that you want to take your own bike do you?.... Fine but just this once, and no racing." he said in a slightly stern voice. Javier was a sucker to Leona when she pulled those puppy dog eyes on him, there was just no way that he could say no to her, which he thought was a little unfair as he knew that she knew that she would get her own way when she begged.

She headed towards her black motorcycle and grabbed her helmet and put it on before she took a seat on her motorcycle and turned the engine with a loud wroom. This was her horse, although she actually liked her motorcycle better than any horse, mainly because it could go faster.

As they entered the garage, Javier looked around at the vehicles, of course everyone's was in here, but it was still an impressive collection of cars and bikes. As Leona made her way over to her motorcycle, Javier slowly made his way over to her, there was no denying that she looked damn sexy sat on her bike. When he reached her, Javier took a hold of her chin, turning her face towards him a little so that he could place a passionate kiss on her lips. Then ending the kiss rather abruptly, Javier headed over to his own blood red bike, taking his helmet and shoving it on his head, turning on the engine and revving it a little. Then grabbing the remote for the garage door, Javier waited for Leona to take the lead, he would need to follow her on this occasion, since he had no idea where best to go.

As the door opened she sped up and headed out before the door was up completely. Leona had always been a daredevil and even though she was pregnant didn't slow her down. So she drove a little too fast, the adrenaline of going in and out between the cars on the road as they drove into town. She thought that hitting the streets and then work their way from there would be the best start. They could keep a look out by the bars and nightclub from the outside or more precisely in the alleys as the rogue vampires and werewolves tended to use the back way when they left with an innocent victim. She took a turn when she reached the down town area and slowly drove into a back alley where she parked her motorcycle and stopped the engine before she took off her helmet, but didn't get off right away, but instead looked around in the dark before she finally got out and placed the helmet on the seat.

Javier followed Leona as she slipped in and out of the cars on the road, Javier kept up the pace and laughed at the cars that beeped their horns at them, of course Javier had told Leona to behave whilst she was on the road, but he knew that it was unlikely that she would listen to him. Looking around as they pulled into the alley, Javier pulled his motorcycle in behind Leona's, killing the engine and taking off his helmet. Getting off the bike, Javier placed his helmet on the petrol tank, then made his way over to Leona, wrapping his arms around her waist, pushing her up against the wall a little, sure he knew that they were on patrol, but they were husband and wife after all. "You know how I said, no racing.... you weren't paying attention were you?" he asked tilting his head to one side, before kissing her patiently, pushing her up against the wall a little.

Javier let out a dark laugh when she heard what she had to say, of course Leona had never followed orders, even during her human days she had been her own boss, and no one could tell her otherwise, at first it had been quite endearing, but it was just one of the many things that Javier loved about Leona. Turning slightly and following Leona out onto the street, Javier took her hand in his, after all it would look a little odd if they didn't at least act like a couple. "Just as long as you remember that you said you would take a back seat tonight, if I have to stop you from fighting I will not be pleased." he explained looking to Leona as they walked along, before turning his attention to the streets, they were after all meant to be on patrol.

Leona leaned into his arm when he grabbed her hand. This was perhaps the first time they were out in public, where she actually held his hand after he had returned into her life. She had always acted so cold and distant if they went anywhere, but not now. She just sent him a playful smile, but then she got more serious. "Don't worry, I won't fight unless there's no other way. I'll let you deal with it," she said and gave his hand a squeaze and a bright smile, before she too turned her attention back to the streets. The first drunks were already vomiting in some of the alleys, they were easy targets along side with the homeless people, so she automatically started to scan the street for people checking the poor people out.

Though he believed everything that Leona said, and literally hung on her every word, he knew her better than anyone, of course she loved a good fight as much as the next person, but maybe this time she actually meant it. Letting a slight smile play at his lips, Javier couldn't help but feel a little proud that he was walking the streets with Leona. Usually they kept to themselves at the chateau, and Javier had always felt that Leona hated being seen with him, but he had noticed a change in her, in the both of them, and he like it very much. Following Leona's line of sight, Javier noticed the people that she was paying attention to, the ones that were less capable of looking after themselves. "We should do this more often... after you've given birth that is.... though it doesn't stop us from going to dinner or something." he said as he continued to scan the streets, paying particular attention to an alley that they were passing.

Leona was generally become a warmer person, of course she still acted tough when she was out and about as Head Bellator. Maybe it was the whole re-Siring thing and the fact that she had an even tighter connection to Javier that did this or maybe it was because she was pregnant and finally started to get in contact with her feminine side was unknown, but to be honest she liked it. And it wasn't like she would turn soft when she was out on patrol, but right now there wasn't the biggest dangers in sight. She turned her attention to the alley that Javier had a certain interest in as the walked past it. "What is it?" she asked quietly and turned her empathy on in a limited version, cause she wouldn't be able to handle all the people in the street or she would turn into an emotional wreck.

Jessica didn't fit into the picture of how people dressed in the down town area which led to several glances as she walked down the sidewalk in her extreme high heals and a huge fruit basket bouncing up and down on her head. Her red locks fell in soft locks over her shoulder and a rather screaming yellow dress that actually complemented her female forms. When she spotted a familiar face approaching her she couldn't help but smirk and it even grew wider when she saw that she held someone by the hand. A man no less, whom Jessica expected was the oh so mysterious Javér Lémón, Leona's secret husband that wasn't so secret any longer. "My my my, I think I've seen everything now, the Head Bellator out on the streets holding hands with a man no less,," Jessica said loudly as she walked towards the happy couple. When she turned her head and saw who came straight towards them she frown and her hand tightened around Javier's "Great, just great," she mumbled under her breath. "Miss Merrick, what a delight," she said rather sarcastically, she couldn't stand the woman, the stuff the reporter had published the last couple of years about her and her family was a lot and not very flattering.

Javier smiled softly when Leona said that she loved him, and when she kissed him it made him feel like everything was okay again. Placing a hand over the one that Leona had placed on his cheek, he sighed slightly when she said that they still had to patrol. "We should get on with it then." he mumbled after what seemed like an age. Then taking Leona by the hand, he started walking on. He really didn't want to talk about what just happened, it would open up to many old wounds. As hard as he tried to concentrate, Javier couldn't get his head of the thought of what would happen if the twins did turn up. Well more like their eyes, they glowed in a crimson colour. She pulled in Javier's hand. "Ten O'clock," her voice sounded in Javier's head as the two men started to follow the two women.
