Sumdyl had been spendmost of his day at celestial rayne manor in the rose garden, he was keeping close to the estate in case Reira woke up. he had spent the morning beside Reira's bed and right now he was in the center of the rose maze sitting by the fountain with cheshire. he was still angry that at the vamp who hurt her, if lestat was not already dead he would have been hunted down by Sumdyl. He took a deep breath trying to relieve his anger. Cheshire soon ran off out of the maze. Sumdyl did not know it but the black kitten was going to try and find a vampire who it would lead back to him. The kitten liked playing tricks and also had a thing for disappearing and reappearing

Vincent had decided to take a breack for a while from being V and just roam the streets just to look around. Sebastian was at his side as always, never wandering to far from his master. Vincent wouldn't have noticed if Sebastian had though. He was lost in his own thoughts, remembering his wife. How could he have let her die like that? Burned alive at the stack. He hated himself everytime he thought about it. Coming back to the real world Vincent knotisted that Senastian was playing with a new black kitten. "Hey little guy, where in the world did you come from?" He asked kneeling infront of the cats. Sebastian jumpped onto Vincent's shoulders as the kitten meowed happily seeming to smile at him. The V's blue russian jumpped off his shoulders and the two cats ran off. "Hey, Sebastian get back here!" Vincent yelled but when Sebastian didn't obey he ran after them ending up in a rose maze, and catching the familiar scent of a kid he knew.

Sumdyl could sense a vampire was coming near. using his photokinesis he turned himself invisible by bending the light around him, he knew after what danielle made him do people would be judgy about him, he was under the influence of her mind controling poison at the time so it was not his fault. when Cheshire came back running the black kitten jumped onto his shoulder which he was invisible so it looked like the cat was floating in mid air. he was still in shock of seeing Reira comatose so his reactions had no emotion. Soon sebastion came up and started stare at the seeming to float but was actually just sitting on sumdyls invisible shoulder cheshire.

Fallowing Sebastian and the new black cat to a rose maze, Vincent suddenly saw the cat floating in mid-air. "Alright witch, where are you?" V called out staring at the cat as Sebastian stood there his tail swaying back and forth rather lazily. Sniffing the air Vincent suddenly caught the scent of a rather familar kid that he had meet at the warehouses and the medical center. "Sumdyl?" He called knowing that the teen was close by but there was also something else that was wrong. Sebastian just continued to stare at the black kitten.
