Serena was heading back up to the apartment with Kamina after a long walk which she had been doing a lot this month. She never intended really for the walks to be lengthy but she just had a lot on her mind what with Artemys being rather down after her rescue and then the warning she got from Jack about that Aya woman. The Alpha had a feeling there was going to be much more drama this year after so long….. and she didn’t like it one bit.
After getting back inside the loft, she let out a heavy sigh as she unleashed the husky and silently watched as he scampered off probably looking for the kids or Lucian. He would probably end with the latter seeing as the twins were over at the manor today. Making her way into the kitchen she set the leash on the counter and then made to refill Kamina’s food and water bowl all the while feeling very melancholy.

With the twins over their aunts and Serena out with the dog, Lucian decided it was time to have some quality time with Oki, the ferret that he had received from Serena for Christmas. He didn't get to spend as much time as he had liked with the little weasel, what with the twins being born and everything. Undoing the prongs to the multi-level cage that sat in the far corner of their bedroom, Lucian gently placed his hand in the cage, waiting for the little critter to emerge from the pile of cloths and torn sweatshirts at the bottom. " There you are, Oki." The alpha male said, as he pulled his small companion out and placed him on the floor. A smile spread across Lucian's face as he watched Oki scurry around, making his little 'dooking' sound. It was calming to watch him roam around, not a care in the world.
Lucian's attention was drawn to the sound of the front door opening, and the sound of Kamina's paws thudding on the floor. " Sounds like Serena is home." Lucian said as he picked Oki up and made his way into the living room. Before Lucian could finish closing the door, he was greeted with a blow to the back of the knee by Kamina, who was far too excited to see him. " Yes, hello, Kamina. Knock me over why don't you." Lucian chuckled and placed Oki on the couch. Looking over to Serena, Lucian couldn't help but smile. The alpha male made his way over to his wife, wrapping an arm around her waist and planting a soft kiss upon her cheek. [/b]" Hello, love. Have a nice walk?"[/b]

After Serena was done filling up Kamina’s bowls then she made her way into the living room and just sat there, her dual eyes focused on the television; so focused in fact that she wasn’t aware of Lucian entering the room. She slightly jumped when she felt an arm snake around her waist only to finally notice her husband. "A little warning before you give me a heart attack." She chuckled lightly as he planted a kiss on her cheek. "Yeah it was alright." The alpha simply replied as she snuggled closer to her mate. "Are you hungry? I could make you something if you want."

""Mm I'm sorry love." Lucian smiled and wandered back over to the couch, where Oki had managed to curl himself up on one of the throw blankets. He smiled, then looked back towards Serena when she had asked if he were hungry." I'm fine, thank you. When are the kids supposed to be home, exactly? I feel like it's been days since I've seen them." Taking a seat beside the ferret, the alpha male watched the small husky puppy roll around on the floor, chewing on one of the many toys that had been provided to him. " You know, I think this dog has more toys than I do." The Alpha Male chuckled, placing a hand on Oki, who always managed to morph himself into weird positions. Lucian had to admit, it was nice having the kids gone for a bit, but it also gave him this weird feeling. He couldn't exactly pin point it. Too quiet perhaps? Who knew. " So my dear, how was your day today?"

"Reira will be dropping them back here later on." Serena answered as she watched Lucian head to the other couch where his ferret was currently perched upon then when he mentioned about Kamina. "Maybe not as much as the kids." She chuckled a little before looking thoughtful when he mentioned about her day. "Mmm…. Fine I guess….. Feels a bit slow." She said calmly as she now laid down on the couch and looked up at the ceiing. "Artemys still isn’t doing too good since…. Well you know…" She didn’t like thinking that her sister was actually tortured and then the way she was when they saw her after she was rescued? It just greatly saddened her and she really couldn’t think of anything that she could do to make her sister better again. At least she didn’t have to worry to much for her safety though seeing as she was over at the Chateau with the other Head vampires basically not to mention her boyfriend.

When you see a poll of some sort, then try and take the time to read what it's about and who's allowed to vote. This means in particularly the homecoming polls. They are ONLY for High School characters. So if your character isn't a high school student then DO NOT VOTE!!!! Thank you.
Splashing Colours in the Chat

It is now possible to get your name in your favourite colour, as long they don't get too close to Katie, Susie and Kat's (when she's got her colour coded). Anything in a lighter shade or in a completely different colour is possible. All you have to do is send me a PM with a colour code and I will change it asap.
New Admin

Kat has announced that she'll be moving to the Philippines to study and because of that we have announced Katie as our third admin, so I'm not completely alone and Kat can concentrate on her studies. Kat will of course try and be on as much as she can after she's moved. So if something is burning in here, then you can now ask Katie for help as well.

If you haven't voted for the monthly polls yet then you can still do it. Remember that you can use as many of your characters you want to vote with as long you don't vote for one of your own characters. You can find them here. The polls will close June 1. Furthermore we have two homecoming polls. So let your high school characters vote for who should be homecoming king and queen. The polls closes 9 June, you can find them in the event board.
