The sun had just set and he knew a lot of people would still be out, especially in a weather like this. So Laurant left his hotel room and headed out of the Bradford hotel and walked down the street. Due to the small size of the town, he quickly found himself entering the town square. He wasn't in the best of moods, since that failed attempt on killing miss DeWinter he had wanted to put his aggression out on someone. As he entered the town square he noticed just how many people there were. Some were sitting by the fountain, others had taken a seat on some of the many benches. Laurant found a rather isolated bench in the shadows, no one would notice him unless they took a seat next to him, but he would make sure no one would even come near him. The thing that had impressed Laurant mostly that night when Hex was pushed out from the rood, was the boy who had jumped out after her. He had never seen anyone sacrifice himself and just for a brief moment he felt guilty, but it had quickly passed. When he had looked down he had seen how that spike had pierced through the boy, where as Hex ended up pretty unharmed, but there had been vampires ready to finish her off anyways, unfortunately her brothers had come to hers and her little boyfriend's rescue. He hadn't done anything at that moment, he had simply watched how four of his men were killed. Now that he had taken a seat on his very own bench underneath a tree, he looked at the people. He felt superior to them all, he started to read the different people's minds to see what they were thinking about, and he even planted a couple of thoughts into some of the people. One of the many things he liked to do, was to manipulate people into doing what he wanted, so why not have a go at the people this evening.
