    - The blond girl opened the doors to CN High and stepped inside, with her bag over her left shoulder she looked around, trying not to get run over by all the other students who were arriving. She tried to locate the office and found an arrow pointing in the right direction and she headed down the hallway. It was strange, she had never set foot in a place like this before, but she had seen a lot of High School movies, so she figured she could use some of it, but still being stared at as she walked past the students. When she finally reached the door that lead into the office she knocked before she entered, heading over to the woman who sat behind the counter. "Morning, Claire Hannah," she said and sent the woman a friendly smile. The woman typed in the girl's name and shortly after she was presented with locker number and time table and sent on her way. When she once again stood in the hallway she studied the map she had gotten over the school. Gosh it sure was confusing attending High School, and she hadn't even started the lessons yet.-

Leon had been messing around with a few of the guys, he had already had a yelling at by one of the teachers cause he had accidentally on purpose thrown his football towards his car, least he hadn't done any damage. "Did you see the look on his face, I thought that blood vessel in his temple was going to bur-" Leon had been joking around when he accidentally bumped into someone that he hadn't seen, dropping his books and ball to the floor. Looking around, Leon laid eyes on the girl that he had bumped into. "Sorry I didn't see you there." he said, crouching to the ground so that he could pick up his things.

    How lucky could she be? She had barely been there 15 minutes and the guy she was going after bumped into her.

    -Claire dropped the piece of paper she had been holding, bending down she picked it up, alongside with one of the guy's books and handed the book to him alongside with a smile. "No problem," she said and helped gathering the rest of his books, finally picking up his ball. "Playing for real?" she asked and handed him the ball as well.-

    Now what was the chance. She had to play her cards right, but she hoped that Leon resembled his dad when it came to taste in women, which meant blonds or rather how Javier used to be, cause clearly he wasn't into them any longer.

Leon felt a little embarrassed but since his cheeks didn't flush read it was kind of a blessing in disguise. As he was handed his things back, Leon looked down to his ball when she asked him if he played for real, he looked to the girl, he couldn't help but think that she was pretty hot looking, plus she was a blonde which always helped in his books. "Yea... I'd like to say that I'm the star player... but I have a short temper if things don't go my way.... you look a little lost, do you need a tour guide?" he explained looking to her with a slight smile. As much as Leon knew that he may be making a tool out of himself, he couldn't help but try, he was after all his father's son.

    -Claire chuckled a little, he was kinda cute, despite of everything. "Oh that would be great. I'm trying to locate my locker," she said and showed him the paper with her locker number. "I've never been a place like this before....home school, you know because of who I am," she said in a low voice as she leaned in a little closer. After all he was a vampire, so he would know that she wasn't exactly human, at least she figured. "I'm Claire," she said and sent him a big smile.-

    When she looked at him, he really did remind her a lot of Javier and it made her feel all fuzzy inside. Of course he didn't have his father's eyes, but there was the same darkness lurking in them, just waiting to be revealed. And Charlot was planning on doing just that.

Leon smiled a little as the blonde introduced herself and that she was looking for her locker. Sure Leon knew that the girl was a vampire, but he didn't like to come straight out and say it. Holding his hand out a little, Leon offered her his hand. "Leon... I've been here for about a year or so, so glad of it too, there is only so much home schooling someone can take... now lets see if I can't show you to your locker." he explained looking to her with a hopeful smile. With any luck, they would have lockers near each other, as cheesy as that sounded, but since he was intelligent, he wasn't stupid enough to say that out loud.

    -Claire took Leon's hand and shook it, sending him another smile. "Nice meeting you, Leon," she said. "Okay so locker 304? Lead the way," she said after she had checked the number again, making sure she said the right number. She had managed to do it so she would have a locker not far from his, after all she was suppose to get close to him. And have at least a couple of classes with him too. "Then you could lead me in the right direction of my science class, which I'll probably fail miserably at. Never been my thing" she said with a slight chuckle.-

Leading her down the hall, it wasn't long till they had stopped in front of her locker, it must be some kind of freaky coincidence that they had lockers close to each other, if not then it was certainly his lucky day. "Here you are 304... I'm 310 so I guess you could call us neighbours." he explained pointing down the way a little to his locker that he rarely used since he never really brought any books with him. "I have science in room 120, I don't plan on going though." he explained shrugging his shoulders. There was really no point in him going to that particular class, for one he hadn't yet done his homework and he knew that he would get a detention if he turned up without it.

    -Claire followed Leon and when he had showed her the locker, she looked in the direction he pointed. "Well I think it's best I show up, since it's my first day an all," she said and looked at Leon. "Would have been nice to know at least one in there, but if you're not going, I guess I just have to be bored on my own," she said and sent him a smile. What could she do, she was trying to play the innocent schoolgirl, someone he could influence or so he would believe. "But maybe we see each other during lunch?" she asked and looked hopeful up at him, still with that innocent look on her face.-

Leon looked to the girl with a curious look on his face, surely it couldn't be this easy to flirt with a girl and have her do it back. Looking down to his feet a little, Leon couldn't believe that he was actually considering going to a class where he was going to get detention. Maybe he could try and worm his way out of it, or maybe with any luck there would be a substitute teacher on today. "Well I'm sure that I could sit through one lesson if there is a pretty face there... you may have protect me from getting detention." he explained looking to Claire with a coy smile on his face as he leant against a couple of Lockers.

"What ever you want the teacher to believe, I can make it happen," she said in a low voice so only he could hear it. Moving away a little she said and mimed illusion to him. Okay so it might not be the best move to already start revealing your abilities, especially if he started talking about her at home, after all his father would know, but she had to win Leon over somehow.-

Leon stood very still when Claire moved closer to him, and hearing what she had to say, Leon couldn't help but bite down on his lower lip a little. "Well then if you could tell him that I had given in the essay two days ago and that it was ace I would appreciate it... and I would definitely have to make it up to you." he explained with a coy smile fixed on his lips. Leon would certainly be telling his brother about this on the first chance that he got. Gesturing down the hall, Leon started walking in the direction of the science class. "So how come you're just coming to real school now? Parents a bit protective?" he asked walking close to her as they carried on down the hall.

"I suppose they were. They died and I came here," she said, glancing at him. The sad story about dead parents was always a hit, so why not. Leon stopped a little pace as Claire said that her parents were dead, since vampires didn't just die of old age, it was odd that both of her parents had been killed, but not unlikely. Continuing to walk by her side again and chuckled a little as she nudged him, but that smile, that smile was enough to have Leon smitten, in the space of a couple of moments. "Well I'm glad that its going well for you... and I'm sorry to hear about your parents.... where are you staying?" he asked looking to Claire with a curious look. Leon hoped that he wasn't prying, but if her parents were dead, then she had to be staying in a hotel or something, unless she had relatives or something.

    -Claire looked at him when he asked where she was staying. She narrowed her eyes a little. "Think I'll tell you where I live? I've only just met you," she said and looked him over for second. "Who knows, maybe you're one of those evil bloodsuckers," she said, but then she smiled a little and gave him another playful nudge. "I'm staying at a hotel for the time being. Hoping that I could get some kind of part time job and then I don't know find a flat or something. Might need a room mate if I have to be able to pay the rent though," she said and looked thoughtful as they walked. Leon nodded a little, it sounded so cool to be living on your own, sure it was probably hard and the like with no parents or anything, but still, you could do whatever you wanted. "Yup still living under the parents' house for now... we have a place up in the hills... I mean don't get me wrong its a great place to live and all, but good my mother is such a nag." he explained with a slight sigh. Usually his mother didn't really bother him, but sometimes and she chose her moments well, she would go on at him about his bad grades, or more recently his poor attendance record, but it was like he had said to her, he didn't really care.

    -Claire chuckled a little to what Leon said, even cast him a cute smile. "Well I think that's kinda part of the job description of being a mom. To bother your kids," she said and noticed the classroom they had been heading for. "Oh," she exclaimed and moved inside, just as the bell rang. The teacher was already in place. She moved over to him and gave him a piece of paper from the office, which he took.-

    "SETTLE DOWN PEOPLE!!!!" the teacher called out as the students scrambled to their seats. "Okay, we've got a new student. Meet Claire Hannah. She's transferring from Paris, Illinois. Eh, you can team up with Leon," he said and pointed towards the kid who had showed her to the classroom. "Okay class you've got an assignment. So papers out and I'll come and collect," he said.

    -Claire moved down to one of the back seats and took a seat next to Leon, sending him a big grin. "I really hope you know this stuff, cause I have no clue," she said with a smile. But before Leon could say anything the teacher stood by their table. Claire looked at the teacher.-

    - "Amazing paper you handed in the other day, I can only say, it'll be an A," the teacher said and gave Leon a thumbs up. - The teacher moved on to the next table.

Moving to the back of the class with Claire, Leon took a seat and groaned a little when the teacher said that they had an assignment and the like. He was good with science when he put his mind to it, or rather when he turned up to class. As the teacher moved in front of his desk, Leon was about to come up with some kind of lame excuse when said teacher started rattling on about how great his paper had been. Turning his head to look at Claire with a massive smile. "Thank you so much for that." he explained still smiling to her. Things looked like they were certainly starting to look up, and at least his parents would be pleased with his A, since it wasn't like he got As all the time.

    -Claire leaned closer to him. "Hey what are friends for right?" she whispered and gave him a wink, before she turned her attention to when the teacher told them to turn up on page 132. Since Claire didn't have any books yet, she looked to Leon to see if he had one she could peak in. Well it would give her the excuse to sit closer to him. "Can I look in yours, haven't gotten my books yet," she said and looked at him hopefully followed by a warm smile. She couldn't help but think that he was kinda cute, which caught her a bit off guard and she looked away. If she had been able to blush she would have.-

Leon looked to Claire with a slightly confused expression on his face when she asked for his book, he wasn't even sure if he had ever opened his book. Grabbing his bag off the floor, Leon rifled through it and finally pulled out the correct text book, yep still as new as the day that he got it. Placing it down on the table, Leon pushed it slightly in the direction of Claire, just because he had turned up to class today, didn't mean that he was planning on learning anything. "You may as well keep that, I'm going to fail this class anyway." he shrugged, leaning his elbows on the desk, resting his chin on his hands.

Splashing Colours in the Chat

It is now possible to get your name in your favourite colour, as long they don't get too close to Katie, Susie and Kat's (when she's got her colour coded). Anything in a lighter shade or in a completely different colour is possible. All you have to do is send me a PM with a colour code and I will change it asap.


New Admin

Kat has announced that she'll be moving to the Philippines to study and because of that we have announced Katie as our third admin, so I'm not completely alone and Kat can concentrate on her studies. Kat will of course try and be on as much as she can after she's moved. So if something is burning in here, then you can now ask Katie for help as well.

Remember that you can use as many of your characters you want to vote with as long you don't vote for one of your own characters. You can find them here. The polls will close June 1. Furthermore we have two homecoming polls. So let your high school characters vote for who should be homecoming king and queen. The polls closes 9 June, you can find them in the event board.
